I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Howdens. Liz Perry was amazing from start to finish, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so straightforward and ensured I was completely happy with my kitchen design.

We used the Accrington branch of Howdens and have been guided through the process by Liz Perry. We haven't had the kitchen fitted yet but can't wait, however, we just wanted to leave a comment about how fantastic Liz has been throughout the process. She listened to what we needed and came up with some good ideas as well. She is one in a million.

Robert Houghton at Howdens was nothing but kindness itself. Professional and prompt although we changed our mind and he had to measure up twice nothing was too much trouble.

Lynne Walkden from Accrington Howdens Branch, is amazing thank you Lynne for all your help ,guidance and kindness during this stressful time of fitting our kitchen . Lynne from start to finish has been approachable , professional and kind . I shall recommend your team 10/10 on every angle .

A professional joiner recommended Accrington's Howdens to me when we were renovating a full house, but particularly when shopping around for kitchens. I booked a consultation with Lynne, their kitchen designer & right from the off, she made the whole experience easy & weirdly, enjoyable , as she involved us & our ideas into every aspect of the design without being pushy to share her extensive knowledge of what would & wouldn't fit/match/look right. Lynne is also very efficient & nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many times I contacted her with yet another query we had. The kitchen (Halesworth) is of really good standard & well made. We have also ended up ordering our flooring & skirting from Howdens, who also price matched. All of the staff have been friendly & professional & i can't praise Lynne & Howdens at Accrington highly enough.

From the first phone call to the final fitting, I found the experience with Howdens to be brilliant.

The staff at Howdens Accrington are marvellous. Rob came and measured the space, then drew up a variety of planning options. We discussed the different products and eventually came up with the final design, that was within my budget and met my requirements.

Communication with all the staff was clear, concise and friendly and I didn't feel pressurised into any decision, the customer service was second to none.

Paul worked tirelessly to fit the kitchen and did a standout job.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is considering a new kitchen to go to Howdens.

Came to Howden's of Accrington in the hope that a part for a kitchen drawer front could be sourced. A gentleman Named Stephen Barnes assisted but could'nt help in store but did come to and check out the drawer unit at my home.He assured my husband and myself he would find the part. Long story short he did find the part and even delivered it to us. We have never dealt with Howdens before and would like to say Thank you for not only great customer Service but we now will use Bowden when we require a new Kitchen mainly down to such great service and help.given to us.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen-it’s everything we hoped for and more.The team at the Accrington depot were great throughout the whole process.

Visited Holden’s Accrington store To look at some internal doors we had seen on the website. We were met by Elie who introduced herself and asked about our enquiry. Elie was attentive, knowledgeable and provided practical solutions to our requirements. In addition she showed us several sample doors and explained the differences between each. Elie is a very professional young lady and highly customer focused. She is an asset to the company.

Lynne at the Accrington Depot was so helpful and quick to respond when I had any questions and when I needed to change colour of my sink , Thanks Lynne
