Notified the depot that my account was being used fraudulently. No response and no action taken.

Then another transaction was done through the account.

Representative has contacted me and dealt with the matter. It turns out a voicemail had been missed. Matter has been dealt with well.

If using I would recommend remaining diligent as this may occur on many accounts.

The whole team at the ashford South depot have always been welcoming and friendly.
Warehouse staff are extremely helpful and considerate.
Had my own kitchen measured up by cheeky chappie Ernie, who did a great job of working with our needs and drawing up a beautiful kitchen for us, which I really must get round to fitting...

Having Howdens design and supply our kitchen was perfect. From start to finish the whole experience was great. Ernie was able to design a beautiful kitchen that accommodates to our needs and he was able to make the kitchen space, work to its full potential. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the items were delivered on time.

Re recent visit -tardy opening so had to forgo picking up req bits and get to the job, visited later that afternoon and got the req bits -usually 5 stars but dropped a star this time 🙂

So this was posted nearly a week ago Howdens said they would look into to it but still nothing ! They sold me this oven, they should deal with it going wrong as its only just 3 years old. DONT BUY A LAMONA APPLIANCE WITH THEIR KITCHENS !

As previous review Purchased howdens kitchen 3 years ago and appliances from Orbital Park, Ashford Kent. Including a Lamona double tower fan oven.

Oven now not working lamona contacted sent engineer. Said fan bolt at the back is rusty and can't get off to replace fan and element. Rusty??? Probably a faulty oven from start when we explained the fan has always been very noisy and food cooked quicker at the back. It's an oven, why is it rusty.
Engineer left without fixing and extremely unhelpful.
Terrible service and rubbish oven !
Phoned Howdens they said they can't help? So I have a 3 year old oven not working, a family and Christmas coming!

The entire experience from design, choosing colours and finishes, to ordering and delivery have all been superb. This is my first time dealing with Howdens Ashford South and i am a massive advocate, it has been seamless from start to finish. Paul and his team have delivered the project expertly and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you to you all!

Ernie designed our kitchen for us and we are over the moon with it. 😃
He listened to what we wanted to create and made it happen.
We changed our mind several times but that didn’t seem to faze him, he took time to go through everything with us so we were 100% happy with the design.
We couldn’t have done it without him. Would recommend him to everyone 👍

Struggling with a long term health problem and having been let down by a previous supplier I popped to Howdens. The service was excellent, I had a visit in days and Aaron was so patient, he really considered my needs given disability was friendly and knowledgeable, just a breath of fresh air. The designs were delivered in days even after tweaking and units too. Delivery was a breeze as well and everyone at the branch couldn’t be more helpful. A real life lesson that the most expensive isn’t always the best as the pricing was so competitive too. Love our new units, can’t wait to see them in situ, thank you Ashford South.

Aaron came to my property to measure up for a new kitchen, he sent a few different designs over immediately and I agreed on one, the kitchen was delivered on time and has now been fitted it looks fantastic and Aaron really knows how to make the most of a room! I will certainly be using him again and highly recommend him and Ashford Howdens South Store , thanks again Aaron A++ ! 👍🏻
