The mdf skirting boards were ordered on the app and ready to collect on the required date.
I was pleased to be able to load the goods with the help of staff under cover as it was raining on that morning.

My experience with Howdens overall was excellent, the showroom staff where very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen designer Mark was above and beyond helpful. If I had any gripe it was my experience on the phone to the showroom, I am not a kitchen fitter and sometimes I needed advice and I found this sometimes hard to come by. Overall I would recommend Howdens.

I went and ordered some kitchen units and a worktop on Friday, everything delivered on Monday and such great quality. I have in the past had someone come and install kitchens for me but this time I decided I would do it. Simply brilliant quality I'm so impressed, many thanks Howdens.

We have just purchased our new kitchen from Howdens.
With some remodelling taking place, we were slightly stuck with regards to ideas about how a new plan would come together.
The design and suggestions made made the whole thing come together for us, and we are really impressed with how the new project will look.
Alfie was brilliantly patient and helped us through the whole process, can't thank him enough

Excellent professional service from the Basingstoke staff

If I could give 6 stars, I would! I've had 'above and beyond' service from two of the Howdens teams at their Basingstoke branch recently. First time - with the excellent service I received from Jodie Hales - I thought it must be a one-off. Jodie was so knowledgeable, patient and accommodating in helping me select and purchase built-in wardrobes for my new home. I then also met her colleague Lauren Stephens, who was beyond helpful with a totally separate request I had - and who again went out of her way to assist me, and find (against the odds) a solution to a tricky flooring conundrum I was faced with! Both Jodie and Lauren are a huge credit to the team at Howdens Basingstoke. Thank you both for your exemplary customer service.

Multiple measurements wrong, multiple parts like doors and units were wrong .Our fitter had call them and then go and pick up doors and other parts on the daily bases. It was them or our fitter that had to get the parts that were wrong. We had to pay our fitter extra because the constant delays.Told us that when our fitter had installed the base cabinets we need to give them a call to book the template and in 5 working days they will come and install the quartz countertops which turned out to be 14 days. 6 days after base cabinets were installed the template people came and Howdens said it's not up to them to decide when the they come to template, when it was them who said to call them and we will have the countertops in 5 working days😂😂. Then another 8 days we had to wait for installation. Called and complained and asked for compensation,but they came out with all the excuses possible not to offer any. Just a horrible experience. Will never again buy from them or recommend them to anyone. If you want problems , go to Howdens Basingstoke 👍.

One thing i would say is could we have descriptions instead of product codes hard to see what you have bought on the invoice. Many thanks

Absolutely first class service, from our initial thoughts to completion, Alfie was faultless. He was knowledgeable , helpful, courteous and very professional. We did have a problem, not of Howden’s making, and Lauren stepped in, controlled the situation, which was resolved to our entire satisfaction. 5* service all the way! Highly recommended.

A small simple purchase and installation in overall business terms, but a 'giant leap' fulfilment for this end user. Front desk & fitting services sympathetic and efficient - sincere appreciation to Lauren, Adam and Keith. One happy little old lady has her kitchen restored! Thank you.

Having had quotes from 2 other suppliers we went to Howdens to look at their offerings. We went in a few times to look at their showroom and get some general advice. What struck us was that no matter who you talked to the service was always very professional and friendly.

We decided to go ahead to get a design done for our Kitchen, a separate Bar area, and a Utility Room. Curtis was our designer and throughout the process he was highly professional and creative, and nothing was too much trouble. Compared to the other designers we used with the 2 other suppliers there was actually no comparison.

We decided to go ahead with Howdens and used experienced and professional fitters who already had a good relationship with Howdens.
Some small changes were made and were quickly dealt with by the fitters and Howdens. We witnessed how with Howdens having most items in stock the project did not slow down, and this is a key advantage in their business model.

Our expectations were actually exceeded and we are very happy with the end result. We can’t thank Curtis enough for all of his expertise and patience in getting to where we are, and not just in the design but right through to implementation. In addition we would like to thank Basingstoke manager Ben who was also totally professional and flexible in all of our dealings with him. Many of his team played an important part, right to their friendly delivery man who made several deliveries to us and nothing was too much trouble manoeuvring around our building site.

Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend Howdens.
