I have recently opened a trade account with Howdens at bersham wrexham ,they are great there ,the most helpful lads ,delivering my materials as soon as they can, made my life so easy ,also they remind me off extra things that I need for the job ,very helpful

We are absolutely made up with our kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Howdens Berwyn branch from start to finish. They came out to our house to measure up with no pressure and no obligation, which immediately made us feel comfortable.

We then went into the showroom and discussed exactly what we wanted and needed. They planned out the whole design for us and made any changes we asked for with no fuss at all. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Every member of staff was incredibly helpful, whether face-to-face or over the phone. The whole team are amazing, friendly, professional, and really go above and beyond for their customers.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I would 100% recommend Howdens Berwyn branch to anyone. Thank you for helping create our beautiful kitchen!

Just ordered 4 interior doors from this branch and were very impressed with the assistance we were given when choosing them.

Great service and superb delivery on time.

Mark Evans was our ‘go to’ man from the start. He set us up with a home visit from Nick who measured and listened to my needs and wants for a new kitchen.
We then met Nick at the Berwyn branch to see what he had designed. Once again he listened to what I wanted and altered anything accordingly.
The delivery went smoothly and Mark went above and beyond to deliver and collect items we needed.
Howdens even recommended a local carpenter to fit the new kitchen.
Very happy with the results

First time I have bought from Howdens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I had known them for years. Store had all the items I needed. One had to be delivered to the store next day. The staff were very helpful again and the item was brought out from warehouse for me. Also loads of room to park. Well done.

I’ve been using the branch since it opened and the staff are all very helpful and friendly.

My experience was great a gentleman helped me find a brass kitchen tap ,he kindly offered me a drink whilst he searched for the correct tap I wanted and ensured I got value for money
The show rooms are lovely plus another gentleman who also offered me a drink

Unfortunately I did go to Rhosddu show room first they weren’t as helpful and a little difficult it was so pleasing to have a great service in Berwyn show rooms

Great service by the team on Wrexham industrial estate

My wife and I recently purchased a new kitchen from here after shopping around all the major kitchen suppliers in the area. I was drawn to Howdens anyway because of the quality of their kitchens. But, after the home design visit and following in store visit we were sold. The staff were fantastic and very helpful and welcoming, they explained everything and no question was left unanswered. The designer Nick took all our ideas and designed something we couldn’t have thought of on our own and it looks amazing. Even the deliver drivers were friendly and super helpful! Can’t recommended them enough!
