Good team at Bicester, more than helpful.

All the staff are always friendly and helpful, always up for a chat and promote new products that are on the market,

been a trade customer for a few years, must have spend 50k plus

visited before xmas to order c4k of oak internal doors, give my account detials to be told account closed, when asked why, told maybe you didnt pay an invoice, it's a cash account I say, so can you quote for doors, no!

Can we open reopen the account, no!

Call after to speak to manager, he's off until the new year, can you have him call me, guess what no call.

When over the road to Benchmark, ordered 4.5k of doors and are now proceeding with a 20k kitchen, the bicester branch of Howdens really need to get their act together, will not be using them again, would estimate with projects planned over the bext 18 months that c100k lost in business, very happy with Benchmark and been told they have had a few ex Howdens customers move over to them due to the poor service from the Bicester branch.

I know that this review will be followed up by the standrad, "we will look into this internally" clearly from the volume of 1 star reviews "looking into" has not inproved matters

I can’t recommend Howdens Bicester highly enough. They have been absolutely excellent in helping me design and supply my kitchen for my new build. From start to finish, the team has been knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was right.

It wasn’t just the kitchen either – they also helped supply other items like doors and skirting boards, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

A very special thanks goes to Jackie, Jackie, Colin, and Mike. Over the past few months, I’ve dealt with them a lot, and every single one has gone above and beyond to help me. Their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail have made a huge difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

The group in Bicester are awesome! I can't think if a time that I haven't come away with out an answer or solution ! With Colin at the helm and also a great designer! Things are superb at my branch

I would thoroughly recommend Howdens Bicester. Great service, design and follow through once the kitchen installation started. Jackie in particular has been so helpful, answering questions and listening to us at all times in the design and installation process. Reasonable cost for a high quality kitchen.

Every visit to Howdens in BICESTER is met with hot coffee great personality professionalism and just fun and above all the goods they sell ate A1 quality really pleased with the products will be using these guys in the future for many years I hope

More than happy with Howdens Bicester, especially Jackie. From initial contact, right through to delivery, Jackie's kitchen plan was excellent, it all fitted where it should and nothing was received damaged and the appliances, in my opinion, are better than a German leading brand. I’ve been fitting kitchens for many years, and can’t fault howdens Bicester. Jackie the designer is easy to work, great with my customers helping to design exactly what they want and need.
