Just started using the Tamworth branch as I’m normally fitting out of Stafford but I’ve jobs local to me at the moment and these guys here go above and beyond for me thanks everyone

Good plans and products and service throughout the kitchen purchase process.

Fantastic experience with the Cannock depot. We were well looked after by Kelly and Tom. Kelly would always come back promptly to questions and changes to our kitchen design. Delivery was spot on and comms were really helpful. Would highly recommend.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Fantastic support from Kelly in helping design and choose our kitchen. The recommended fitter Paul was superb. Did an a fantastic job on the installation,was clean and tidy and ensure all parts of the installation met with ourcrequirements.
The quality of the Howdens units in terms of build,appearance and finish is excellent.

We recently worked with Howdens on a full redesign of our kitchen and utility for our barn conversion, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Tom, the manager, was incredibly helpful throughout — offering practical, thoughtful design ideas tailored perfectly to our family’s needs and making the most of every inch of space.

A huge thank you to Kelly, our designer, whose patience was remarkable. She created multiple design options and never rushed the process, helping us refine everything until it was exactly right. When we visited the branch, Kiran was equally brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Even with 2 young children they made our experience hassle free. Every member of staff we met was patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in getting things right.

We chose the Halesworth Linen range with new appliances, quartz worktops, acoustic panelling, new laminate flooring, and an updated utility. The final result is modern, beautifully cohesive, and works perfectly for our family needs.

What really stood out was the reliability. We dealt with three other companies for furnishings during our renovation, and every single one had wrong or missing items — often only having ordered two or three items per order. In contrast, Howdens supplied over 100 items for our kitchen, and the entire process involved far less hassle, fewer issues, and no stress. On the rare occasion we needed an extra item, it was provided promptly without delay — a level of service you simply don’t see elsewhere.

Howdens also recommended excellent fitters, making the whole project even smoother.

We would 100% recommend Howdens Cannock and would happily travel (for us 60miles) for this level of expertise, care, and customer service. A brilliant experience from an exceptional team.

Purchased a kitchen a couple of years ago from Howdens, Cannock branch. The mixer tap recently started to drip so returned to the Cannock branch to see if they could resolve my problem. My thanks go to both Luke and Frank in the quality and speed of service in resolving my problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending Howdens, Cannock to any prospective customer.

From planning stage to delivery the service @Howdens Cannock was 1st class. A big thank you to Kelly inparticular for making us feel important, even though the kitchen ordered was an average one.

We recently visited Howdens Cannock to have a new kitchen designed for our family home and the whole experience was fantastic. The range of choices were brilliant and we were able to find what suited our style and needs.

From the moment we arrived at the depot Tom and his team made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Their friendly yet professional approach really put us at ease and they guided us through the design process with patience and expertise.

Over priced fridge/ freezer 70/30 Lamont £575. Got a neff 70/30 same type £525. Disappointed. Also bought a gas hob and oven. So howden missed out on £1.000. Always to shop around .

Good attention to detail and follow up conversations, Nothing too much trouble and felt that i could ask what i felt may be stupid questions but all were taken seriously
