One to one planning with Sarah Brearley with her expertise with computer planning software made choosing units and swapping them around until we were satisfied with the design, simple. We are now extremely happy with our dream kitchen.

Kyle and the staff at Howdens, Cannock branch provide an exceptional service. They are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Kyle was very patient as we changed our minds a few times and any changes to the design were made promptly. In fact the whole process was seamless and, what you often expect to be a stressful experience, was very enjoyable. The quality of the Howdens product is very good and we are very pleased with the finished kitchen. Thanks once again, we would not hesitate to recommend Howdens and especially the Cannock branch, to anyone.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish

We have been working with Kyle Waters at Howdens Cannock since the beginning of May on the design and supply of our new kitchen, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

Throughout the entire project, Kyle has shown exceptional customer service, professionalism, and ownership. As with any build, plans evolved and I changed my mind several times along the way, resulting in redesigns, additions, and amendments. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Kyle was always responsive, proactive, and incredibly patient, ensuring every change was handled quickly and accurately.

Any minor issues that arose were dealt with immediately and seamlessly, giving us complete confidence that everything was under control. From the initial design through to completion, Kyle has taken full ownership of the supply side for my project and consistently gone above and beyond to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

I'd also like to recognise Frank, Ben, and Will, who have all been fantastic ambassadors for Howdens Cannock whenever I've visited the branch. They have always been welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful, reflecting the same high standards of service that Kyle has provided throughout.

In an age where great customer service can be hard to find, the team at Howdens Cannock have been exceptional. A huge thank you to Kyle and the whole team for making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Great service from planning to finished kitchen

I cannot thank Kyle and all the Howdens Team at Cannock enough for their kindness, patience, and customer service when I recently purchased a new kitchen on behalf of my Daughter.

Nothing was too much trouble and we now have a beautiful new kitchen - the quality of the products is second to none - and great value.

Highly recommend - no matter what your budget. Ours was quite a small project, but the customer service and delivered products are first class. And they delivered on the exact day and at the exact time we needed - so thank you to Delivery Team too.

Ok so the guys in the store were really helpful with sorting out the order unfortunately the delivery was not good, they sent one man to lift heavy oak doors in the house off his lorry, he seemed to be struggling with the weight of them resulting in him hitting the walls inside of the property knocking chunks of plaster of

Sarah, who did our design, was fantastic - she was patient with us from start to finish, but also great with advising us on what would work best with the space we have. All of the staff in branch were friendly and welcoming, especially towards our children. The service was great throughout our experience and delivery was efficient, exactly when required. Overall, a great experience, thank you!

Just started using the Tamworth branch as I’m normally fitting out of Stafford but I’ve jobs local to me at the moment and these guys here go above and beyond for me thanks everyone

Fantastic experience with the Cannock depot. We were well looked after by Kelly and Tom. Kelly would always come back promptly to questions and changes to our kitchen design. Delivery was spot on and comms were really helpful. Would highly recommend.
