Wrong doors received, cost me time and money, not happy !!

A few bumps along the way, but we got there. Could give customers more updates a bit quicker

Super service from design to installation from the Carluke Depot. Kitchen is exactly what I was after, design works so well, kitchen has the features I need, quality is excellent and the installation couldn't have gone smoother. 100% recommend Howdens@Carluke for a kitchen. Thank you

Great customer service from Kitchen Design, Delivery and after sales service from start to finish. Howdens worked closely with our joiner and it was a seamless process. Very competitive and great build quality. We have fitted Howdens kitchens 3 times now and excellent in every way.

Great experience at the Carluke branch with the order of our kitchen. We dealt specifically with Louise to design our kitchen and utility room and she has been amazing from start to finish - very knowledgeable and gave us some great ideas on how to bring our dream kitchen to life!

From the initial consultation, delivery and final fitment of my kitchen Louise from Howdens Carluke was available and supportive for all my needs and requirements.
Louise really listened, produced and designed exactly as I'd imagined. She brought to life and more the kitchen and space I had always wanted. Up until our 1st meeting I was disappointed and frustrated on the lack of interest and care I and received from other large kitchen design companies, and on Louise's arrival I was expecting much the same. However Louise's bubbly, friendly personality instantly allowed me to relax and open up fully on what I needed and wanted from her. Such was the impact of her reassuring and caring manner I knew before any design was received back after our initial consultation I would be going with Howdens, I bought in fully to Louise and her style - now that is top notch customer service!
This is something lacking in many industries nowadays as working within customer service I know exactly what level of service I expect to receive and Louise met and exceeded that 5 🌟 😊

The craignethan branch was welcoming and helpful throughout, Louise's home visit to help design the kitchen exactly the way we wanted it. explaining everything showing us detailed pictures before completing the order was a great help for my parents who struggled to visualise the finished product. I would highly recommend this company and team of people to anyone. And a very big thank you to Stuart Davidson who went above and beyond fitting the kitchen and many other unexpected jobs.

Didn’t have a great experience doing our kitchen through Howdens. Used the Carluke branch, as we wanted to keep the business close to home.

Not the greatest business model; pick your kitchen, then find a local fitter.

We really struggled to find a fitter, and when we did, we were let down more than once.

Howdens Carluke were like most companies, not interested once you pay your invoice, and actually found them quite rude on more than one occasion, when having to pop round when another part was missing.

In the end, we even ordered missing parts from a different branch, just to avoid dealing with the disinterested manager’s at Carluke.

In conclusion, the kitchen is lovely, and well made, but the business model is difficult to navigate, if you don’t find a reliable builder/fitter, and our experience at Carluke branch, did not make us feel valued as a customer.

An excellent experience all-round, from design to fitting. Staff were a pleasure to deal with and always responsive when we needed further advice and guidance.

Very good and friendly service with very good products especially the kitchens.

My husband and l were assisted by Mikey who was very helpful and informative. He went through all the products seamlessly giving constructive advice when asked. He made the whole process of designing and ordering easy. We were delighted and would highly recommend due to such a positive experience.
