Howdens - Castleford レビュー

So good from start to finish. Rawnie came and measured up my very challenging kitchen space, but somehow made it work! She came twice for measurements due to building work being done, and went through all the styles and options. I was on a budget, but that wasn't an issue as we were able to adapt the kitchen to work around my budget. I was sent clear plans of what it was going to look like and I can't believe how my vision came to life!
Rawnie was so kind and helpful and supported me throughout, she was always available and willing to spend time making sure I was 100% happy.
Thank you so much!

Our Lamona dryer started overheating, engineer could no longer get spares so had to write it off. Alex from Howdens at Castleford quickly got in touch and immediately arranged a replacement dryer and removal of the defective one.
Very impressed with the service from Alex. Thank you.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had my kitchen for nearly 1 year now and in this time I have sent countless emails to 3 different addresses and have been constantly ignored. God forbid there was an issue with my kitchen as I have zero faith it would ever get resolved. All I want is for the under cabinet lights to be delivered & extra parts to be collected and refunded. Will this ever happen? I will continue emailing until this happens...

Pleasant staff friendly. Helpful

I don’t enjoy home improvements or furniture shopping. It’s my least favourite activity. However, my kitchen needed replacing and I visited Howdens, where I met Rawnie Wiggins I have had an excellent experience. Rawnie has been patient, listened to me, really took time to understand my budget without pressure to disclose. Coming to the house at a time that suited me and offering advice that was continuously improving. Taking all her learnings of me, my requirements, preferences and matching with her design expertise the perfect kitchen was produced for me at an affordable cost. I have had a really professional and brilliant experience with Howdens. A great local company where you feel customer is at the heart. Thank you

Ordered a full kitchen over the phone with ease. It arrived when they said it would, everything was there, zero damages. Couldn’t be happier

Staff are excellent and attentive, delivering a seamless and professional service. Rawnie is a credit to your organisation.

The experience and skills of the staff that works at Howdens, what makes Howdens great and efficient

Rawnie and the team help plan our kitchen restyle, giving us a totally fresh look and feel.

Good service.

After weeks of unnecessary frustration our faulty Lamona washing machine has now been replaced.
This could have been handled so much better, but at least it is now resolved.
This has gone a good way to restoring our confidence in Howdens.
Thank you.

Nick Cale from howdens castleford did an outstanding service from planning our kitchen to making sure everything ran smoothly till kitchen and worktops installed. We are so happy with it. It looks amazing.
The quality of the kitchen is 10/10. Will be definitely recommending Howdens to family & Friends.

We bought our kitchen from Howden’s late last year. Nick designed it brilliantly which exceeded our expectations and provided a solution for storage until we were able to get this delivered. Howden’s were always on hand to help with any issues we encountered which were minimal. We love our new floor and even had this extended throughout our whole downstairs which Howden’s accommodated and delivered.

Great design of new kitchen, advice and customer service ,thanks to Nick

When we wanted to add a coffee station to our existing kitchen that Nick Cale from Howdens in Castleford had previously helped us design we knew who to call & yet again we’re very happy Howden customers.
Nicks a very polite & professional young man & is a credit to Howdens. Thanks Nick 👌🏼

We were helped throughout the entire kitchen replacement by Nick from Howdens in Castleford from coming out and measuring the kitchen to sitting down with him and designing the kitchen with helpful advice during the designing, then coming out during and afterwards to see the progress, all the staff we dealt with at Howdens dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner.

We had our kitchen and utility room designed by Nick Cale at Howdens in Castleford.
Now it's all fitted and we love it! All Nicks ideas were great I have more room than I've ever had! Nothing was too much trouble when we wanting to make any changes and he fit us in very quickly to sort them out.
What I found amazing from previous experience of having a new kitchen was we had a couple of units with slight damage on them but there was no delay having to order these in - they were out with new units within the day to replace them
I would highly recommend Howdens
Thank you again for a brilliant service
