Just wanted to say my experience with Howdens keeps getting better , great products , great value and the staff on the counters are brilliant, always knowledgeable and helpful , particuliarly Nat at your cheadle store .

I can’t recommend Sammy at Howdens at Stanley green enough, her knowledge, professional yet warm and friendly service made buying a kitchen a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble for her and when i had to return a damaged door it was sorted out swiftly and with ease.

I would give her 10/10 Thankyou Sammy I will be back as I have other properties and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thankyou

Good service, polite and knowledgable

We had brilliant service from howdens until we paid for the kitchen. I felt like as soon as we paid the service stopped.
We were asked to pay £1000 more as prices had gone up even though we had already bought the kitchen.
Decisions were made with our builder without our approval changing elements of the kitchen and when we discussed this with howdens they didn't return my calls.
Our cupboard doors were measured and when they came didn't fit meaning we had to pay extra to our fitter to sort out the
There were many missing items to the order including a damaged drawer.
Overall I've been very disappointed with the customer service recieved from Howdens.

Just fitted a kitchen from the chedle brach, exerlent planning from the designer and superb flooring they supplied.
Definitely wouldn't recommend the compact laminate though or the fitter they sent to install it, very poor standard of fitting.
Ended up fitting normal worktops instead, customer happy again, job done.

Fast, reliable service as always, & always willing to go that extra mile for you!

The staff at Howdens in Cheadle were friendly from the outset. There was no pressured selling pitches.
Appointment booked for home visit straight away.
Harley, the designer, was professional, knowledgeable and clearly good at her job. She made great suggestions and had a creative flair.
Our design appointment was within a couple of days of the home visit. Great to see our design in 3D and to be able to see the changes we made immediately, which aided our choices!
The price was unbelievably competitive.
From the person who booked us in initially, through the design phase, including a chat with the manager - everyone wanted to help us make the correct informed decisions.
Expert knowledge, caring approachable attitude and professional throughout, I cannot recommend highly enough.

Terrible service. Sold the wrong size fridge and then they were difficult about taking it back. I also received a damaged fridge which I had to fight to get changed. Customer service is very poor.

Great service and customer service.

Paid for some Newell caps then asked for them to be refunded when I realised how much they had charged. Got them benchmark around the corner for a quarter of the price.

Been with Howden’s for years with multiple accounts personal and business and very impressed with all items easily available have sent many clients and fellow businesses there for accounts and purchases and will continue to do so.
My most recent kitchen purchase was with Sammy at Cheadle branch and her level of care and attention to detail is very impressive and I would highly recommend this branch in particular and Sammy personally for the highest level of service and attention.

Great place to go for all things joinery, all staff are very helpful and understanding, returns are easy, and kitchen design team are always at the end of phone to help.

If you need a kitchen or any other joinery related items, then Howdens Cheadle is the place to go. Jo and her amazing team were so helpful from start to finish. From Tash - Deputy Manager, to Nat & Nigel on the front desk, to Chris, Julia, Steph in designing the kitchen, Ella, Harley and Sammy, Kaitlyn in business development, to Reece and Jonny and the other lads in the warehouse, Clair - Business Manager ,and any others that work there, they are all a major asset to this Branch and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
