Howdens - Chester レビュー 

My Husband has had an account for many years with Howdens and has always praised the service he has been given. Recently we purchased bedroom furniture for two bedrooms and have to say the quality was excellent. However our main reason for this review is to say how brilliant the service was from Lisa and Mark. Lisa was so professional in both the designing of the bedrooms and in the pricing of them, the warmth and friendliness of the service we received from the Chester branch was second to none. After accepting the designs created for us, all the furniture was delivered at the agreed time on the date arranged. Everything arrived perfectly, and both bedrooms were fitted by my Husband without a hitch. We cannot recommend Howdens Chester enough, and we cannot thank Lisa enough for her professionalism and expertise in dealing with our order. Brilliant service all round. Thank you so much, we'll be back soon.

Great service and very helpful

Howdens Chester branch continue to provide us a top quality service. They’ve provided us with kitchens for our refurb projects for the past few years and we’re very satisfied with the level of service, from design development to competitive pricing, quality of product and delivery.

CHESTER HOWDENs Took a day off work for delivery of kitchen. Didn’t arrive. Told by Howdens I wasn’t home . Delivered wrong kitchen.
Delivered incomplete kitchen. The Howden recommended kitchen fitter was found in upstairs bedroom.
I asked recommended kitchen fitter to
leave , he did . Not before damaging
kitchen/walls /art work and threatening me. Police helpful.
Still waiting for customer service to get back to me.
UPDATE. Area manager had a good look at this and couldn’t find a problem

I’ve had a positive experience with Howdens Chester overall. The staff were friendly and professional, and the kitchen design process was quite smooth. While there were minor issues, like a mistake with measurements and some delivery policies feeling a bit rigid, the team was helpful in resolving problems. Their service, especially from individuals like Nick and the depot manager Mark Lowry, showed they care about customer satisfaction. The kitchen and worktops we purchased were great quality and good value for the price. Would recommend them for their support and design expertise!

The Kitchen Designer (Simon Carter) met with my client and clearly identified what she was looking for and designed the kitchen to suit her requirements, she was very happy with his approach and he went above and beyond when she required any amendments no matter how minor.

The level of service we received from Howdens was unbeatable. From the design to the actual delivery of the kitchen, Lisa was fantastic. Whilst the kitchen fitting was taking place, anything that needed swapping out or adding to the design was done on the same day. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Howdens - Chester.

Always pleasant staff,very helpful from the smallest of items to a full fitted kitchen or wardrobe,Karen is my favourite she has a great knowledge of Howdens and nothing seems to be a problem for her thankyou .

Fitter put cupboards in situ to check layout , it was then that it became apparent the 1000 range cooker wouldnt fit only a 900 as the howdens guy had incorrectly measured the space, not happy had to change 2 cupboards to smaller to rectify this. Kitchen was a good price but had to take delivery to get that price, surely if I paid tge £17000 in full which I did I could of chosen for it to be delivered when we were ready? Then had bedrooms designed and I asked if I needed to accept delivery was told no, then when the quote came thru it stated need to take delivery literally now to get that price, so left those and will get from elsewhere.

Howdens was highly recommended to me. We are more than happy with our new kitchen. There were lots of colours and designs to choose from. Lisa from the Chester branch helped us design our kitchen was fantastic. She was so approachable and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff in the shop were also very helpful. Would highly recommend Chester Howdens.

After assisting with a digital redesign of our kitchen, we ordered all our units and appliances from Howdens Chester. The digital designer at Howdens Chester was very good. The fitting went well and the kitchen was exactly as we wanted. However the microwave failed within 12 months. We did not want it replaced by the same make or model and we were supported 100% in this by Mark Lowry, Depot Manager at Howdens Chester. We have been very satisfied with the new microwave and continued to be very satisfied with all the design, fixtures and fittings in the kitchen.
