Quality materials and friendly service, hot coffee most of the time 😉, prices aren’t bad either.

The help and advice we received from the Fraserburgh staff made the choosing and buying of our kitchen units very simple.
We were not looking for a full blown 'fitted' kitchen but our custom was considered just as important.
Delivery date and the actual delivery went smoothly, very helpful staff on the delivery vans, who were particular and very careful with all the items.
It all made for a good experience.

Great staff, product readily available, only down side is don’t have prices displayed or available online so you have to travel to the unit to find costs

We have been renovating a house and Maria and the team at Howdens Fraserburgh have been very helpful. We've had good advice, always kept informed about deliveries and flexible about returning items.
We would definitely recommend them, excellent customer service.

Unfortunately the product is sub standard and the designs are flawed and should not be on the market. Communication from store through to management are dreadful and I am still waiting for a resolution to my kitchen 4 months from installation I wish I had gone with Wren

Currently having a terrible experience with Howdens. We have a super matt marine blue kitchen which isn't fit for purpose. My husband and myself visited the Fraserburgh branch recently to discuss our dissatisfaction with our recently purchased Super Matt Kitchen. A lady at the branch cleaned the cupboard door that we took with us, it didn't look much better even when using the products that Howden's recommend. It was clear that they have issues with these particular cupboard doors. They have now escalated this matter to the customer care team. I was told it had been escalated to the depot almost 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for an update despite making numerous phone calls which are not returned.

The kitchen cupboards look no better after cleaning with products recommended by Howdens. They just have different marks on them. The products remove finger marks, but just leave new marks. They are streaky and have lines all over them. We have literally tried everything that they have recommended. I have challenged the customer care team to come to our home and show us how to clean the cupboards, they won't because they can't. It is impossible to clean them, they are now becoming more of a gloss front than a matt with all the rubbing and polishing.

We feel this kitchen is not 'fit for purpose'. We want our kitchen to look as good as it did when it was first purchased. It is impossible to clean the kitchen to a satisfactory standard even when using the products that Howden's recommend.

This situation is intolerable and in fact quite depressing, this situation is causing anxiety and stress as much time is spend trying to get the cupboards to a satisfactory standard, which is impossible. The kitchen is an embarrassment, we have to even tell guests that they must not touch the cupboards which is quite ridiculous. We are now looking into taking legal action to sort this out as it's just not acceptable. No doubt the response to this review is "we are sorry you are having problems, we are investigating this" to then ignore us.

Bathroom panels not waterproof and require replacing about every two years. Local manager unhelpful in the extreme.
