Gary at Howdens Irvine done our design just as we asked. Purchased all units and new appliances from Howdens Irvine. Staff at Howdens Irvine first class good advice and service, polite and friendly.

Right from the start the service we received from Howdens was first class. We were looking for a kitchen and Gary from the Irvine branch came to visit us to plan it for us. Gary was very helpful and gave us very good advice. The plan he came up with was perfect and when we visited the store, he advised us on doors and worktops. During the fitting we discovered that one of the units was damaged, however a call to Gary and it was replaced without question. It had to be sourced from another branch, but Gary ensured we had it the next day, as we had an appointment to have the kitchen templated for worktops. Gary was always at the end of the phone for any questions we had...however trivial and was extremely helpful throughout.

We are delighted with our kitchen. Top quality prebuilt kitchen cabinets and beautiful doors and a service that we cannot fault. I would definitely recommend Howdens to anyone considering a new kitchen.

I can’t speak highly enough of Howdens, and especially Gary, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly accommodating, approachable and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect, which made the whole process feel effortless. The quality of the units is excellent and clearly built to last, and delivery was impressively quick and seamless. An all-round fantastic experience with customer service that truly goes above and beyond.

Highly recommend Howdens Irvine to all my customers, Brian and his team are fantastic and very welcoming, great feedback from customers who I send in to view the showroom which has a wide variety and in general throughout the branch goes above and beyond to satisfy customers requirements.

I’ve been using the branch for many years as a local joiner and find the staff very friendly.

Howdens Irvine are spot on. Always helpful, reliable, and easy to deal with. Stock is usually there when you need it and if there’s ever an issue they get it sorted quickly. The team are friendly, know the trade well, and genuinely have your back. One of the best branches to work with — highly recommended.

Pat on the back to Howdens Kitchens Irvine Ayrshire..my 2.5 year old Lamona double
oven fan stopped working ...phoned Howdens Monday about 11am ..it was dealt with immediately. The fault was passed to engineers at domestics electrics. They called ne that afternoon. An engineer was here by10am on the Wednesday. It needed a different part they ordered it and by 10am on Friday another engineer had arrived and the part fitted..oven working perfectly now ..excellent service .
