Just good helpful staff at the Littlehampton branch. Free coffee and the guy even helped me out to the van with my purchases

Fi and the team at Howden's have been absolutely fantastic, from Fi's initial design (which is fab) to delivery and aftercare the team have been brilliant, even going above and beyond to complete a second delivery of our worktop which they held at the depot for an extra 2 months to help us out - 5 star service!

We needed some extra units to complete the fitted Howdens Kitchen in our new build. The lady designer who came out to help us decide what we needed couldn't have been more helpful. We got a good deal and quality units. Delivered to our kitchen when they said by a friendly driver. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Used this company for years and they have always been good to deal with. always helpful and friendly, and quick to do a site visit. The team at Littlehampton keep up the good work.

What can I say?! Howdens Littlehampton are just the best! Why go anywhere else?! Always great quality products, with a like-for-like price-match, and simply the loveliest team (who are reassuringly there year after year after year - which also speaks volumes for the Littlehampton depot!), I can’t thank the team enough! Always on hand for advice, plus, the team never fail to make me smile too! Littlehampton Howdens are not just a great depot - the whole team go above and beyond, making them the BEST depot!! Fiona did a marvellous job designing our new kitchen. We had never had built in ovens before and her suggestions made the most of the available space. We had some issues but Alan dealt with them in an efficient but friendly manner. All the cupboards are of good quality and likewise the worktops. We cannot fault the service we received, nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Even late on a Friday afternoon in the middle of their annual audit the staff at my local branch are polite, pleasant and professional. Thank you.

We purchased wardrobe sliding doors kit from Littlehampton Branch which while beautiful, we’re not as i had thought they would look. I hadn’t realised that the graphite shaker doors actually had grey mirrors rather than clear. They weren’t appropriate for the room and I didn’t know what to do. I spoke to Alan at Littlehampton and explained my dilemma. As the doors hadn’t been fitted and the protective coating on the surrounds was intact, Alan very kindly offered to swap them for other similar doors which had normal mirrors. I knew this was over and above what I could have expected. Alan was so helpful and friendly about the whole thing, making me feel so much better and with a small additional delivery charge, he took our original doors back and delivered the new doors the very next day. Everyone at the depot was very friendly and helpful throughout. An excellent service which I don’t think the big retail stores could possibly have matched.

Our kitchen fitter will only use Howdens and I now totally understand why. From beginning to end we experienced exceptional service for which I thank you.
My frequent visits were always met with friendly, professional and helpful advise, the team were amazing when I changed design and appliances and made arrangements to make the swaps seamlessly.

The staff are so helpful

On a recommendation I contacted Howdens Littlehampton. From the initial consultation they then provided me with photos how my Kitchen would look and a specification. Then it was discussed for the fittings and best use of space available. Fi Styles as Planner was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered any queries that arose during planning. It was a pleasure to have her guidance.

The Fitter was superb and the end result a sleek look kitchen, very workable. Any queries he had during fitting were answered immediately by Howdens Team.

The end result a wonderful experience with the care and knowledge of Howdens Littlehampton Team.
