Fantastic service. Brilliant staff, particular shout out to Lee who went above and beyond to help. Tyler and Ben also great. Could not recommend this store more highly. Run don’t walk.

I recently completed a kitchen project with Howdens Mill Hill.
The standout of my experience was working with Meriel, the designer. She is, quite simply a lovely person to work with and an asset to the branch. Throughout the planning phase, she was professional, knowledgeable and patient. She clearly knows the product range inside out and helped navigate technical hurdles with ease. She truly went the extra mile to ensure the layout was exactly how I wanted it.
Ben, the Store Manager, also took an active interest in the project. He stepped in when needed, offering valuable input and ensuring everything was running smoothly.
On delivery day, some items were missing from the order and a small few arrived damaged. However, this is where the Mill Hill team really showed their worth. They were quick to respond to our concerns and worked to resolve the issues quickly.
Overall, the design process, pre-sale, and after-sale experience were very good.
The big area for improvement, for me, is the pricing system, which I found confusing and lacking in transparency. It can be difficult to get a clear, straightforward sense of costs, which can be frustrating in the process.

Thank you Lee and the team at Howdens Mill Hill. Lee was very patient with us while we made decisions and very helpful and very pleasant to work with. Got our quotes and changes back to us so quickly and happily made changes for us. We are thrilled with how our kitchen came out and really enjoying living in it now!

Easy to deal with , Quick and reliable delivery

They have great customer service and support. They also carefully take their time to determine what the customer wants, and try their utmost to ensure customer satisfaction.

Whether it was advice, product knowledge, or just making sure everything was handled properly, their support has been outstanding. Meriel designed our new utility room and she made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. She immediately understood what we wanted when she visited our house and made us the computerised images. We now have a gorgeous, stylish utility! Highly recommend Howdens but particularly Meriel who is knowledgeable, efficient and professional!

Everything good about price for buying tools

I bought a hob from Howden in Mill Hill. I was clear that I did not know if it would be needed until the plumber arrived and that if the existing could be fixed I would be returning the item unopened. They said this was fine. The guy in the Mill Hill shop was incredibly helpful in every way and even put it in my car for me. Fortunately for me, the existing hob was able to repaired. I then returned the item and another lovely person in the office helped me with taking it back. So I can't comment on the hob itself but the service and helpfulness of the staff at Mill Hill was second to none. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service from Meriel when designing and buying a new kitchen. Meriel guided me through the process with great knowledge and skill, without any pressure. I was particularly grateful that she accommodated my new kitchen around my existing worktop. She was also always available to answer any questions and make alterations. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend Howdens Mill Hill!

Just wow. Howdens were amazing. Meriel led the development of our kitchen and the flooring throughout our flat and it just completely exceeded our expectations. She was amazing, her customer service was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of renovating a property or wanting new flooring and a new kitchen.
