Always get good service at the Morley branch informative and helpful polite and friendly

Thank you to Dan and Danny for designing our kitchen. The kitchen is amazing along with the quartz that you recommended. All finished and I love it! A big thank you to Johnny from Dunnell Joinery, he did a fantastic job and more… he fit the kitchen in his timeframe and not only that he designed a cupboard which we didn’t expect.. amazing, thank you Johnny.
The two gentlemen who installed the quartz were professional and took pride in their work, thank you!
All in all we are very pleased and would recommend everyone involved in designing to fitting our kitchen. An excellent job! Thank you all. Fiona and Neil

Really helpful sorting out a part that had failed. Couldn't fault the service.

I went into Howdens Morley wanting a new kitchen for my first house. Danny was very helpful, he was understanding with us while making decisions.
We wasn’t ready at first but once we were we went back in to see Danny, got it all ordered and was with us a few days later.
Would highly recommend Howdens & especially if at the Morley branch Danny.

Really efficient service at Howdens Morley , big shout out to Danny who is really on the ball has good knowledge of all the products and was a great help with my house renovation across all the projects we carried out

Great service from Danny. Needed a plinth for a repair. Eventhough the product wasn't in stock @ Morley. Danny found us 1 in Castleford and supplied us with a product number. This meant when we got to Catleford we could tell Paul exactly what we wanted. We were in and out in 10 mins.

First class, friendly service at both locations. Would recommend.

My daughter wanted new doors and trims to modernise her kitchen and decided to have a look around at designs. She went to magnet kitchens who gave her a price but she said they were rude and uninterested so I told her to visit Howdens. She and her partner went up and spoke to them and they were brilliant. They spent time with them while looking through the different ranges without any problems, they went 3 times as they were unsure which they liked the most and we're treated exactly the same each time. Once they had chosen what they wanted they got exactly what they needed at a fantastic price Danny looked over the magnet quote and supplied better doors at a lower price, they even loaned them a couple of doors overnight so they could see them I'm their own home. Just wanted to give a shout out to all the team who were very welcoming and respectful each time they visited and a special nod to Danny who saw the whole thing through from start to finish. If your thinking about doors or a new kitchen visit these guys last then you will be able to see for yourself how good they are compared to the rest

Danny was efficient before and during the kitchen installation whether it be answering questions swiftly or supplying drawings and information on request. Good to deal with from start to finish. Good knowledge of product base and good stock levels.

Called in today to check up on the design of a kitchen we are currently installing. All the staff at were very friendly and knowledgable and provided us with excellent advice, in particular the Assistant Manager, Danny, who went the extra mile to ensure that we had the correct materials to complete the project.

I recently had a great experience with Howdens Joinery in Morley and wanted to share how impressed I was with the service. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

A special mention has to go to Will Smith, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was approachable, attentive, and clearly takes pride in looking after both his customers and his team. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his advice was spot on throughout.

In fact, the level of service I received from Will was so much higher than my previous experience at another Howdens branch that I decided to move my account over to Morley. The difference in professionalism and customer care was clear.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company where customer service is clearly a priority. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howdens Morley to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Ben and Danny were exceptional in handling my enquiry. Although the issue itself was not directly related to Howdens, but rather to Pacifica, their third-party warranty provider, Ben and Danny took full ownership of the situation. Acting promptly, professionally, and with great care, ultimately delivering a seamless and effective resolution. Their understanding and commitment to helping me were truly commendable.
I would also like to recognise Will, the Branch Manager, whose level of service was equally impressive. He went above and beyond my expectations to support me, despite the matter not being the responsibility of Howdens. Will demonstrated genuine empathy, professionalism, and a clear focus on customer satisfaction. Even during a particularly busy period in the store, he ensured I felt fully supported while also managing the needs of other customers with efficiency and professionalism.
Overall, I cannot fault the service I have received from Howdens. The team’s dedication, responsiveness, and commitment to customer care are of the highest standard. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to others.

I’ve been buying kitchens off howdens at Morley for well over 10 years now, I always get fantastic service from all the staff, especially Dan, he designs all my kitchens, my drawings are always a little hazy but Dan just seems to know just how I want them to look and they always turn out great, and if any issues arise then he is always happy to help, all in all a very happy customer

Service outstanding browsed round Morley depot with the help of Dan who was very professional and very knowledgable
Arranged the planning costing and answered every question we asked we were really impressed

Iv used Howdens at Morley for my business and my home, the staff are great and very hands on when you need them. Danny was very helpful when I needed a kitchen for my home, from design to supply he was great. Always on the end of the phone when needed.

The Morley depot is my number 1 go to , not just because it’s my local depot but because they more or less have everything I need in stock and I have a good relationship with all their staff . I personally Dan the assistant manager as he is always on the ball and a great help .

Wouldn’t use any other branch. Danny has always gone above and beyond to keep myself and my customers happy. As much as he says he doesn’t do it anymore he is a top quality designer too

Got kitchen from Howdens Morley late 2024 and fitted by one of there contractors.Very smooth from start to finish.We had an issue with one of the under pelmet led strip lights a while after it was installed.Went to branch and spoke to Gary,who took all details for warranty replacement. I was kept informed by call and email through out and the part was replaced.Very happy with after sales service and would definitely use Howdens again
