Howdens - Nelson レビュー 

Big shoutout to Darren the delivery driver who came to my house this morning to deliver some worktops . There is still quite a bit of snow ⛄️ in Trawden , which has turned to thick ice and he couldn’t get near my house because of my car , which has been stuck there since Sunday . Darren tried to move my car , as he didn’t want to hit it with the worktops , but without success and I didn’t have a shovel . I rang the joiner to come and help him . Such a kind and thoughtful man , truly a credit to your company . Howdens Nelson .

This is my 4th Howdens kitchen. I love the service, the sales staffs knowledge, skills and approachability. Howdens have a range of high quality kitchen units and work tops. I was offered alternative styles, colours and high end appliances.
The kitchen designer this time, Jed, knew exactly what would work for me and offered different designs that were practical and fit my needs. There was no pressure to buy. Great experience again. I highly recommend Howdens.

From the moment I popped into the showroom for brochures to ordering my new kitchen...I felt very welcome and under no pressure at all by pushy sales people. Jes and the team were really friendly, warm and listened carefully to our requirements. Played around with our thoughts and ideas until we nailed it. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful people with positive vibes. The kitchen is very good quality and will last us for a long time...worth every penny. Thank you so much for an excellent service.

I use Howdens on the regular, this depot is great and always seem to have what I’m looking for.

Wouldn't hesitate in sending any of my prospective customers into the Nelson depot. Polite friendly staff make sure my kitchen projects are professionally designed at competitive prices, delivered complete and on time.

We have had a kitchen designed by Howdens Nelson and it is nothing short of brilliant in all aspects. All staff are polite and knowledgable, product is superb and nothing is too much trouble - the three designers Jes, Danielle and Ellie all helped design the space. I would definitely recommend.

Been dealing with Nelson branch what a waste of time extra money has been added to my invoice and never receive my gift which they said they were gonna give me and added another t Unit on my item which I don’t need, and paid extra for , maybe I should’ve went to B&Q or a different company not happy at all even though I’ve shop with them in the past,with weee good ,

beware if you ask for a price then send your customer in to look at colour and worktops if they say they like it they place it on order then. never came back to me saying do you want to place on order. Staff to bothered about getting bonus from sale didn't require for 3 months and all you get is your account is overdue you try and sort it out and they don't want to know

We cannot praise Howdens (Nelson) enough for the incredible work they have done designing and supplying our kitchen, especially Craig H who went to great lengths to ensure every detail was perfect and allowed us to have the kitchen we wanted, within budget and despite the quirky/awkward space the kitchen resides in. Craig kept the whole process smooth and stress free from start to finish, he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and design a beautiful kitchen that worked best for us and suited the style of our house perfectly, with nifty ideas to help maximise the space and light of the room – we couldn’t be happier with the result. Would highly recommend working with Howdens (Nelson) and definitely recommend Craig H!

The team are always very helpful. The service is excellent. If they do not have an item they do their best to get it for you. A great bunch of guys!

Just started to use Howdens and now visited the Nelson branch several times. Every member of staff has been superb on each visit.

Needed a new induction hob & Jez was very helpful from start to finish. He talked me through several options and managed to get me one within days (could've had it the same day if I wanted). Would use again, great service and product all round.
