We are delighted with our new kitchen. Alan was our designer whose knowledge was invaluable. He was very patient with the numerous changes. He was also there on the day of the delivery. It was above and beyond kind. Thank you.
I was also really pleased with Cliff and his skilled team of professional trades for making the installation process quick and painless. They’ve made our kitchen look so beautiful.
The quality of this Howdens kitchen is superb.

I cannot speak highly enough about Howdens in Watford, whose product service & support has been exemplary.
Chandan Sharma was our designer and he worked with us through numerous redesigns and tweaks until we came up with the perfect plan. He never lost patience with our requests questions or changes and he constantly added invaluable experience to make our kitchen better.
The kitchen itself is beautiful, stylish and a total conversation starter.
And finally even after everything was installed the team at Howdens bent over backwards to support and help us when we had an issue with the new kitchen several months after purchase (thanks Tanya!) it’s 10 out of 10 from us!

Delighted with our kitchen form Howdens North Watford, both the design and the quality. We had great service from our designer Natalie who was both friendly and professional . Listening to our requirements she has come up trumps with a design which fully met our requirements. Smooth from initial design right through to completion. One piece missing from the original delivery but this was quickly sorted out. We also made a late change on the splash back which again Natalie sorted without any fuss. Overall delighted and would definitely recommend. 5 stars

We initially went to a different depot to choose our kitchen but we’ve been disappointed about the service received from the lady who came and did the measurements for our kitchen.
Then we’ve decided to go to a different branch more local to us. We’ve received the best service from Tanya. She is so lovely and so knowledgeable. She helped us to buy the right product for our home. We are very pleased with our new kitchen which is well designed and good quality. Thank you Tanya.

We bought our kitchen and flooring for the whole of the downstairs from Howdens. The service for kitchen design was good however we were advised the engineered wood flooring would be suitable for the kitchen so went with it. After a small leak from the dishwasher the flooring became warped so we contacted Howdens. After chasing for 6 weeks we finally got a response from the manager Alec London who was rude and completely dismissive. Apparently the product description says the flooring is not water resistant. We specifically asked before ordering if it would withstand a small leak/spillage and were told yes. At the point you have an advisor from the supplier most people do not check the product specification for 4 pages of items on a large order. There is some trust placed on what you are being told so hiding behind small print is unacceptable. Alec has refused to supply the complaints procedure, never picked up the phone and ignores e-mails. Shockingly poor customer service from the depot manager.

Update 26/3/23: My review was acknowledged here but I still haven’t had a response to the points that I raised. Did you manage to get any clarity from the branch?

We were told by one of your engineers (during an appointment that has taken several phone calls and many weeks) it is normal for your fridges to have condensation and ice on the back wall of the fridge. Is this correct?

Is it also normal for your glass splashback to discolour from the heat of the hob within a few months on installation?

Great experience from start to finish. Alan (North Watford branch) was extremely helpful! Guided me through choosing the right products for me and advising on the layout. Nothing was too much trouble, including changing the delivery at last minute!

Would recommend!
