Good quality product, good price and a very good service.

As always easy to work and communicate with, helped with organising the Clients request and appliance preference's along with price matching other suppliers of the same products which helped persuade the client to agree placing the order, awaiting delivery before fitting now.

What a fabulous visit to Northampton showroom.
Maxine and her team were amazing.an all round brilliant experience helping to make big decisions much easier. You really looked after us abs we have a design appointment tomorrow.
Please pass my thanks on to Maxine and all her team working Saturday! They all worked so hard.

Very helpful staff specially Carla, who designed the kitchen and guided me to the purchasing and delivery date. The delivery driver was very helpful as I could not lift some heavy items.

Shaun made the whole process very easy . He gave me some good ideas listened to what I needed for my kitchen . He suggested little touches I had not thought of . He suggested i went to the showroom in Raunds which was very useful .
I am delighted with my completed kitchen . Great service glad I went with Howdens . Good value for money

If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner ordered a kitchen from Howden’s Northampton, including delivery, expecting a professional service. Instead, they outsourced the delivery to a reckless third-party driver, which led to an absolute disaster.
• The driver miss-fuelled his vehicle and then appears to have dumped the contaminated fuel over the garden and onto the public road, causing an emergency services response.
• He then backed into a wall, knocking it down, and reversed into the carport, causing further damage.
• The delivery van was dirty, poorly maintained, had a smashed front headlight, and an unreadable front number plate—a neighbour even thought it was suspicious activity!

To make matters worse, Howden’s refuses to take responsibility, despite the fact that they arranged the delivery. They told us to take it up with the transport company they hired, washing their hands of the whole situation.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. We previously used Wren and had a perfect, professional experience with their own branded commercial vehicles. Howden’s, on the other hand, showed zero accountability and used an unreliable, unprofessional third-party service.

We will be taking legal action, but I strongly advise anyone considering Howden’s to think twice before ordering from them—especially if you need delivery!

Every time I visit Howdens at Harvey reeves road the staff are so welcoming, helpful and they always sort me out with no problems

I have recently had a Howdens Kitchen fitted. Howdens 'Do Not' fit kitchens, You have to find your own fitter or use an independent fitter that they can supply details. Although Howdens supply a quality product, I am not totally satisfied, Howdens did not supply enough worktop edging to complete the job so I had to purchase extra at the cost to me of £50, Which I was not happy about after spending over £11,000 on my kitchen. To cap it all Howdens had the audacity to charge me £100 delivery charge on my kitchen units, The first cost on my bill. Although Howdens supply quality units I would seriously consider other suppliers in the future.

Service is excellent and good quality products.

When ever we use Howdens St James Northampton we have always found the staff to be polite and always very helpful.

From visiting the Expo in Raunds to Shaun at St James depot were brilliant and speaking with Shaun over a few months, with having a few changes along the way to the delivery on the day of fitting. All staff were professional and also very knowledgeable of the products. Definitely A+ and 5*s for all.

Credit control department rude and extremely unprofessional. I think they could benefit from customer service training

Alex from the Northampton depot came round, measured up our bedroom and provided us with a design we really liked.

After decided to go ahead, the process was totally seamless - Howdens delivered the bedroom the following week and provided clear guidance on what we needed to do to get the desired finish.

When I had some questions about how to fit on of the elements , Alex was straight on it. His guidance helped us to achieve the new bedroom we've been after for ages.
