Howdens - Orpington レビュー

Amanda at Howdens Orpington was a great sales person, very patient and did everything she could to help secure the kitchen best suited to my client.

As with past experience the thing that let Howdens down is they don't check the order properly when loading for delivery; a unit and accessories were missing so they had to send a second delivery out which was frustrating but they did resolve it same day.

Everyone at Howdens Orpington branch was friendly and helpful. Amanda, our kitchen designer was extremely knowledgeable and helped combine needs, likes, available space and budget to create a fantastic kitchen space. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she gave good advice, explained everything clearly and made it a very straightforward process. A good range of styles, worktops and fittings available, as well as flooring, good to be able to select a complete package in one place.

We really liked a kitchen and got a quote, only for us to go a different route and then suddenly Howdens could slash nearly 50% off the price but it was too late by then.

Maybe start with your best price and then you won’t lost customers rather than trying to exploit a situation.

This is the reputation you are giving Howdens as I have heard similar from multiple others, customers and tradesmen alike.

They won’t be beaten on price!
Although you might tell them exactly what they are competing on, it’s not necessarily what you end up with.
Check your paperwork before you sign as it was too late for me.
Ended up being the dearest

Amanda was great to work with, very helpful and experienced. Help me get a great kitchen 🙂
Would highly recommend!

The Orpington Depot are so friendly and they would do anything to make you happy.

I will be using them again with all the projects my company have . The designers are brilliant .

Thank you .

Good service

Very helpful staff

It pains me to write this review but, having ordered a "top of the range" "true in frame" Ilfracombe kitchen in October, it's now March and we still don't have everything required to complete the kitchen and have had so many mistakes, wrong items delivered, items missing or not ordered, wrong sizes, wrong colours and broken promises I've lost count.

I ordered for a kitchen, utility, kitchenette, boot-room and wardrobe so we're not talking a small order or amount of money but there have been so many issues and they're still ongoing.

The staff try and be helpful and our salesman is nice enough but I've come to the end of my tether with his mistakes, the latest one being delivery of doors that are the wrong size that we waited three months for as they weren't identified properly and sat in the warehouse since December.

Also, the Ilfracombe kitchen itself is advertised as "true in frame" and comes at a price premium, but I would guess that maybe only 40% of the units are actually in-frame (draws and a few cupboards) but a large percentage is still faux-in-frame, even on units that should be (e.g. Oven Housing).

At the behest of the salesman I rushed the order through in October to help them meet their targets, I just wish the same level of urgency and rigour had been applied to get me the correct units I need to complete the kitchen.

Always very helpful and knowledgeable about their products

Excellent service from start to finish .

Very helpful in St Mary’s Cray as I was trying to match an old kickboard. Suggested on fitted now and very good match! Thank you

Alex ( orpington) went above & beyond designing a beautiful kitchen for me. Nothing was too much trouble when sorting out the finer details. He was very patient, professional & above all friendly. A credit to Howdens! In fact all the staff in there are helpful & friendly, made it a very easy decision to buy from them.

Running a business in the climate we are currently in is had enough. It so nice to have a supplier how has your back. All the staff at Howdens so helpful and willing. I would highly recommend them

The staff at the Orpington branch went above and beyond to help remedy a situation that a cowboy builder left an elderly couple in.
Steve and Monica were really helpful in helping to identify the kitchen line and missing components and ensuring I had everything I might need to rectify the situation.

Hi.

I recently ordered a kitchen from Howdens at Orpington. The costumer service from Gurpinder Jheeta was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend using the branch for all your needs. Thanks again Terry

We found Howdens in Orpington to be very helpful, efficient and polite.

I found the staff extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful . I was shown different samples and any questions I had were answered . The kitchen design unit was amazing especially being able to see how your kitchen will look . Being able to see how the finished article will look with added helpful suggestions of how you may achieve what you are looking for. I had previously bought a Howdens kitchen in my last house so I already knew how good their products are. I would have no hesitation in using Howdens Orpington again .

Good quality products and prompt ordering when some items were out of stock
