For some reason they keep phoning me up in regards to a design I have never even asked for

I have recently had my kitchen done and I'm in love. I am a perfectionist and knew exactly what I wanted and both Farid who helped me design it and Joe Sharpe my carpenter helped bring it to life.
I really couldn't recommend them enough Thank you for your attention to detail and for being patient.

We recently bought our new kitchen from Howdens ( Romford). The entire process was straight forward throughout.The design consultant ( Farid) was professional,knowledgeable and listened to our needs and requirements,suggesting improvements to our original plans. We would also recommend our kitchen fitter ( Joe Sharpe) for the excellent quality of his workmanship and taking on board all our requirements.

Outstanding service

I used the click and collect service for Howdens Romford. I ordered 8x Sofia chrome interior door handles. Quick and easy with a speedy collection service some 45 minutes later when I arrived. Highly recommend

Can't praise him enough! So clever. Excellent work. Definitely went over and above with nothing being too much trouble. His team were brilliant too. A huge thankyou to Howdens ...Everyone ...Plus friendly helpful receptionists & the designer...Farid (Designer) did a excellent job offering great ideas & solutions. We have had such a great experience thanks to Tracey at Howdens. Our new shaker style kitchen in reef green is above our expectations. The quality of the kitchen is extremely good, we have wooden cabinets. The finish is lovely and thanks to our fitters also who just did attention to detail at every point. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen...ask for Tracey!

Estimator arrived on time was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Always my 'go-to' when ever a kitchen project comes along, good prices and efficent delivery, usually from stock. Just receintly had an issue with the account but resolved instantly by Page in the Romford office. Many thanks.

Howdens in Romford are excellent, I couldn't highly recommend them enough, I've been using them many years, all of the staff are super helpful and will go out of their way to help me, and they are always friendly and great with my customer too.

Howdens romford are very helpful and can’t fault them in any way. We dealt with paige and she was very helpful.

Got my own kitchen from here and from start to finish I had no complaint and now I constantly use them for all my joinery needs too, I always deal with Page, she gives great service and always does great prices and goes above and beyond to help me out with anything I need, I highly recommend using this branch, never disappoints.

So far I have had a great experience with the romford branch. page has been excellent in assisting me with placing orders ready for collection a great asset to howdens
