I am so pleased with my new kitchen , and really enjoying it . Kevin was so helpful , ensuring we made the right choices for what we wanted, and explaining ‘what was what’ in his presentations. It was a pleasant experience and he was most helpful with our questions as they arose. Many thanks Susan Stanley.
At was nice to have Howdens so local , no delay once ordered and on hand to exchange anything should the need occur.

Very disappointed with design and delivery of a £6,600 kitchen, I am not disputing rhe quality of the kitchen, The design and delivery of kitchen was appalling. The units were delivered with parts missing, but I was never told they weren't sent, only after initially starting to fit was it apparent that doors and cupboards was wrong or missing. After visiting branch I was told parts would be available next day, I was informed another branch had the parts, so I arranged to pick them up as I couldn't get any further with the fitting. On arrival at the branch I was told the wrong part nr was given and was not available. The part was available next day. on further into fitting other parts were missing in total l had a further 4 visits to the branch and now 3 weeks on i am still waiting for a part. I was given a custom service nr by my branch but when called I was put through to accounts, I was told they didn't have a customer service, I asked to speak with area manager Gary, but told was not possible. I was told it would be dealt with the same day and the branch would contact me,it didn't happen.so 3 weeks on I am still unable to finish the kitchen

From design to fitting Howdens have provided me with an exceptional level of service. I would like to say a warm hearted and grateful thank you to Kevin the kitchen designer and all his fabulous advice, Jake and Tyler for all there help and support and lastly the biggest shout out goes to both Haley and Leah as part of the management team who help support me through some complications I had with my colour choice. And a final thank you to Gordon the kitchen fitter who did an amazing job too!

Quick and friendly service and had the products I required

Having received 2 quotes for replacement doors for my customer I was able easily to collect her preferred items, direct from stock, at a price with which she was very happy.

I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but Kevin took away what I did know and filled in the gaps, coming up with a design I was really happy with. This included designing a few areas of the kitchen that I intended to leave alone, which has made it far better than I expected. Kevin also listened to my budget and built around that.

During installation, Shipley Howdens swapped out any scuffed units (it happens) on the same day and without question.

I used Gareth Smith and Paul Jeffery for the installation (I'm sure howdens will have their details if you ask). They were outstanding and took care with everything to ensure it was perfect. If you decide to use Howdens Shipley, I don't think you can go far wrong with the people I've named in this review.

Staff very helpful

From the very start, our experience of Howdens, Shipley has been fantastic. It's fair to say we didn't really have a firm idea in mind of what we wanted for our kitchen, but Kevin listened to what we did and didn't want and patiently guided us through the process, coming up with a design which suited our needs perfectly. The ordering process and delivery were seamless and Kevin was always on hand during the installation to answer any questions we had.

I’ve had fantastic service from Shipley Howdens they have sorted out all the doors and work top I needed as Magnet messed up so from now on I will be ordering from Howdens all the time

Visited Howdens on Tuesday and dealt with two great guys who helped me with the order.

An absolutely excellent service.
Kevin designed our kitchen and took all our suggestions/ requirements into account. Josh was incredibly helpful with getting us the best price and we went with one of the three kitchen fitters they suggested who was wonderful.

My whole experience with Kevin at Howdens Shipley from the measure appointment through to fitting was hassle free and seamless. Kevin really listened to what was important to me and came up with my perfect design first time. Thank you Kevin I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
