The people over Howdens thurmaston Leicester are simply at the top of their game from Jason the manager who never stops making shore things are well oiled and run smoothly .and Ollie and all the gentleman on at the front desk and knows virtually every single one of the codes for every product And knows the different components from kitchen units to doors to stairs. on the very seldom times their may a problem it is sorted Even though it is not their fault it is fixed with no drama and always with a bit of very sharp wit .Jason has assembled an excellent team through the many years that I’ve been pleased trade with them so why would I go anywhere else!! Answer on a self addressed envelope,full respect.

My wife and I have been dealing with Joe for several months on and off regarding our kitchen whilst our extension has been ongoing and during that time have requested several changes and meetings to discuss the finer details. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the young man and he has dealt with every request in a friendly and professional manner. He really has been a joy to work with as well as all of the other staff who were also all brilliant. We’re also really pleased with our kitchen and doors which are great quality and will no doubt last us for years.

Louie Brant in the Thurmaston store was extremely helpful from the beginning (deisgn stage) and nothing was ever any trouble. We had an issue with our wine cooler which was sorted straightaway. The finish is absolutely amazing! I have managed to chip our worktop and even though the job is finished Louie is still on hand to support. Couldn't recommend Howdens enough, especially Louie!! Thank you so much for making our kitchen dream come true!

I traveled 50 minutes to collect a door 50 minutes home with the door carried it upstairs unwrapped the door to find it covered with water damage and delaminating called the store to be told they have another one in stock so I drove 50 minutes back to the store when I got there the other door in stock was exactly the same the manager actually said oh we’ve had this a few times this door has now cost me around £400 with all the travelling and paying carpenters to come back another day all I can say is what a shower of sh1te

I have visited Howdens in Thurmaston frequently over the past few weeks to purchase items for our existing Howdens kitchen (which we are updating) and the staff there have been exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble, they are helpful, extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I dealt mainly with Mark who was absolutely brilliant, but all the staff were top notch, not a bad thing to say. On top of that, the quality of the kitchen doors, panels and appliances are fantastic. THIS is how customer service should be done.

Staff were rude. Would not sell us a worktop and stated the item had been discontinued. When asked another howdens in leicester, the item was not discontinued.
Whether this is because the colour of our skin.Never been made to feel silly by staff from any shop. I will definitely not recommend Howdens to anybody.

Been exclusively using the thurmaston outlet for 8 years, used the Wigston store once, but the sales consultant and staff are nowhere near as professional or competent as the thurmaston outlet, however back to the thurmaston outlet, firstly the staff are 100% in every aspect.. by far the thurmaston outlet has the best kitchen designer if you need a professional to design your kitchen, the kitchen designer I'm referring to, is hannah, she's highly qualified and faultless with her designs, from first meeting hannah she will put you ease by her astonishing charisma personally, and her astounding professional capabilities, hannah's presence will give you 100% confidence for the best possible outcome, hannah has an amazing personality, and is tremendously likable, her professionalism is clearly evident, and will undoubtedly provide and design the best design based on your individual circumstances, hannah is truly one of a kind in her professional and personal abilities, she takes your kitchen design as importantly as yourself, you will thank her for the entirety of the kitchen she designs for you.. in regards to the sales consultants, Oliver is the most helpful and knowledgeable man who, will correct any mistake you may make if you don't use the designer services, he's a pleasure to deal with, and in general very likable.. overall the best howdens outlet to order/design with..
