DO NOT USE!!! Especially the Worcester centre. Simple, bad attitude from sales person who has next to zero skill and self management and organisation, no response from management, wrong delivery date meant my kitchen had to stay outside all night even though it had been scheduled with them a month prior, charged twice to 2 different kitchen installers, incorrect items delivered, left an elderly lady with no fridge for a month had to returns wrong items myself at my expense and time, left with no worktop for 2 weeks, had to pay my fitters more as howdens delivered the wrong items, delayed the plumber, painters and electrician, Now writing to CEO as had no response from centre nor regional director. At present I get the feeling that senior believe this business culture is acceptable. My mum is desperately dissatisfied for what could have been a lovely kitchen.

From design to delivery Howdens Worcester Sheriff street have been nothing short of brilliant.
On hand to answer any questions - always followed up with a call back where required.

Jim from Howdens was so helpful in the choice of units and equipment for our new kitchen and his recommendation of the fitter, Rich, provided us with a really great outcome. The whole process was smooth and efficient

I always pop down to Howdens and find it's alot competitive compared to other retail outlets. Items are always of good quality. Will definitely be popping in on my next home refurb project in a few months. The staff are very helpful and always very informative and always point out new offers.

From start to finish Craig has been brilliant and also the staff at Worcester Sheriff Street Branch I would recommend them to supply a Kitchen and a lot more

The whole process was really smooth.
Jim's design was a clever use of very small space, and he was very flexible in the minor adjustments we requested. The choice of materials and finishes allowed us to tailor the space to us.
He recommended the fitter (who was also excellent) and the whole process ran to the schedule. Even so, we were never left wondering as Jim (and other staff from Howdens, and the fitter and his team) were in touch regularly to keep us reassured.
Having a kitchen fitted is always going to be disruptive, but the process was far less difficult than we had expected.
The finished kitchen is a delight, and I can't recommend Jim, Howdens and our fitting team highly enough.

Had to return surplus to requirements on flooring that I purchased from Howdens, there was no quibble refund issued immediately, thank you, I was very happy.

Ryan guided me through the whole process with great knowledge and fab customer service. As it was for a rental property, he helped keep me in budget whilst offering up ideas and solutions to fit the design.
A great experience and the kitchen I chose looks amazing and is superb value for money.

Ryan, our Howdens designer, created the most beautiful kitchen for us - the whole process was super easy and we felt supported and guided throughout - we’ve had our kitchen now for over a year and it’s just perfect - we couldn’t be happier!
