Friendly staff and excellent customer support

Absolutely excellent service. Natalie looked after us and she was very helpful and patient. We received a wonderful service throughout. We also had conversations with Carl who was helpful and professional. The delivery guys gave the same high level of service and the whole experience went smoothly. I would highly recommend Howdens of Worksop.

Just to say a big thank you to Howdens at Worksop branch from planing to fitting our new kitchen,Notting was to much trouble to help Adam the and Natalie was helpful when need to contact ,no hesitation to help Phil the fitter is work is professional and as the care for the customer needs and as a friendly working Relationship, thank you to all staff at Howdens for there help to create our new kitchen we would recommend any one to go to Howdens if they need there new kitchen

Great customer service

Refitting doors for a customer, corner unit hinges need replacing, pop in the local store £39.36. bit shocked with that as the same thing is £17.00in B&Q. Really Howdens

I walked into your store to pick up 2 worktops,2 staff were on the counter, young girl and lad they did not acknowledg me or greet me, they ignored me for 10 minutes while I stood less than 2 feet from them!!!!!! In the end I turned on my heel told them they were rude and left! Disgusting!

My husband as fitted Howdens kitchens, flooring, skirting door etc for 20 years, he became a sole trader over 4 years and works for himself now, he always recommends Howdens for all his work. He fitted a kitchen and flooring over 2 years ago and the customer had an issue with the laminate flooring, they sent out an independent surveyor to complete an accessment on the flooring to see what and who was at fault, this was completed and they didn't remove all kick boards only where washer and dishwasher was located, the surveyor blamed this on lack of expansion, with this in mind there were 6 other kick boards they should have checked. My husband has over 26 years experience and knows how to fit the flooring and was told he was at fault, to ensure the customer was happy even thou this would costs us, offered to replace the flooring as you can imagine we were not happy. So only yesterday he went to replace the flooring knowing he was not at fault there were the expansion required. So upon the removal of the kickboards there was lots of expansion room the kitchen units were not even sat on the flooring we have photos to prove this , he then rang Howdens Chesterfield which is where he buys from now and they confirmed in there opinion he was definitely not at fault , the customer rang the customer services team and they were not interested, they said they were standing by the surveyor report and that's it , saying if you want to take further seek legal advise. This to me is not acceptable and as cost us a lot of money to do as a sole trader this is not how you should be treated we spend a lot of money with Howdens and recommend them to customers this will not be happening in future I would be happy to discuss further very unhappy with the outcome of this.

I always use Howdens obviously.
Used many different branches, but Worksop branch out strips everybody, especially Josh who works there . Nothing is never a problem even me 😂.

We had a whole kitchen, appliances and laminate flooring from Howdens in Worksop in November 2020. The kitchen and appliances are fine, but the flooring started to chip and look really tatty after only two years of normal family use. Howdens Worksop, sent an independent floor inspector to see if the flooring was faulty, or if it was the fault of our fitter. The report came back that the fitting was at fault. It claimed that not enough expansion room had been left by the fitter and that there was pinch points. My fitter arrived today to fit a new floor (not from Howdens), and on removing the kickboards found that there was more than sufficient expansion room left and No pinch points. my fitter called our local Howdens Depot in Chesterfield and a member of staff came to my house and agreed that there was no fault with the fitting and that there had been enough expansion room left. Unfortunately customer service/complaints department completely disregarded this senior member of staff opinion and still standby the report done by the inspector in March 2023. Howdens will not Deal with this any further so have very much left me with the problem stating “if I have a problem with the inspecting findings, I should take it up with that inspector”!!
I am very disappointed with the lack of service and care received from Howdens. They were not willing to discuss the matter instead are just hiding behind the report. The lack of interest, transparency and care have left me feeling that I will not use or recommend Howdens in the future. Poor Show Howdens!

purchased a kitchen from here 5 years ago with excellance service. required a replacement part for one that had been broken. Excellence service exactly the same as when I purchased the full kitchen even though this was just a replacement part. I thank Carl in particular as my point of contact

The guys at Howdens Worksop are just fantastic. Helpful, patient, flexible. I cannot praise them enough. If you’re in need of a kitchen, Howdens Worksop is the place to go.
