Recently had our kitchen supplied by Howdens in Yaxley couldn't have asked for better service i cannot recommend them enough. Extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, kitchen is very sturdy and well made - beautifully designed too thank you very much.

We chose our kitchen from Howdens Yaxley branch as my husband opened an account with them.
We decided on the handless textured range, quartz work surfaces and all appliances.
As a branch they've been superb from design, delivery and importantly so helpful with any technical product/installation queries!
My husband is in trades although not a kitchen fitter, however he spoke with Emilia and Dominic regarding product fitments.
We personally feel that nothing was too much bother, and would do the upmost to accommodate to help.
We would like give our appreciation to,
Manager Dominic, Emilia, Daniele, Yasmin and the Warehouse guys.

Amelia was a really excellent designer, and despite our many questions and changes over a many months before finally we made up our mind, helped enormously with creating exactly what we wanted at a good price. During implementation by our installers, Howdens Yaxley provided first class support throughout, with local Manager Dom stepping in personally to escalate on one or two tough issues, going the extra mile to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Brilliant.

We bought a kitchen from the Howdens store in Yaxley.
From our very first visit to Howdens in Yaxley, we found Dom the Manager and all his staff, in particular Yasmin, to be extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
We were looking to update our old kitchen and Dom was extremely helpful in designing this, with suggestions and solutions to any problems as we figured out the design.
All the staff were very professional and we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen, in particular we found Dom's suggestion regarding replacing cupboards with drawers very good.
The kitchen is of a high standard and we also purchased a new cooker, hob, extractor and washing machine during this process from their store and are also extremely happy with these appliances, which are Lamona.
We also found the after sales service to be of a high standard. For example, we had a couple of snagging issues regarding a drawer front and plinth and Dom sorted replacements out for us with no trouble at all.
We are more than happy to give this branch a 10/10 on all counts and we would certainly recommend Howdens of Yaxley for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

Customer relations is good

Excellent service and support from Howdens Yaxley. We used them during a complete flat rebuild, and their kitchen designer Amelia did a brilliant job, always willing to amend as we developed our ideas and changed our minds as we worked with our architect to redesign the positioning of the walls.Completely on our wavelength for quality and focus on detail. When it came to installing, their customer service was always on hand for installation advice and amendments here and there, dealing with issues promptly and flexibly. First class customer focus from their excellent manager Dom, who went the extra mile to resolve difficult worktop templating issues.

Howdens Yaxley. Dom and the team were amazing. Really helpful,great communication. All small issues where dealt with promptly and efficiently. Kitchen looks stunning. Well happy.

Great communication with their Yaxley depot. There was a delay to the delivery, but they knew the urgency and Dominic, branch manager, organised an extra van to deliver the products, and at every stage phoned to let me know. Great service and will definitely use again

Fantastic experience with the team at Yaxley. Dominic and Amelia were superb throughout. very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us and answer the never ending amount of questions.
Will be recommending to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. 5*.

Overall I was pleased with the initial service, however as I paid for delivery, I didn't expect to be unloading all the kitchen worktops and built up kitchen units myself. 2 delivery men came but 1 of them was unable to to lift anything and therefore it was impossible for 1 person to lift and carry 3 metre worktops by themselves and all the other large built up units etc. The delivery man actually said 'I'm not sure what I would have done if you didn't help me' Surely this should have been reviewed and planned for before the delivery date.....

Very good service and very friendly people

I recently had a kitchen supplied by Howden’s Kitchens, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Amelia was absolutely fantastic – a really, really good kitchen planner. She was incredibly accommodating and had lots of very good ideas that transformed my kitchen into exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail and creative solutions were top-notch.

I also want to give a special mention to Larri the assistant manager at the Yaxley branch. She was so helpful, and nothing was ever a problem for her. Her support and willingness to assist made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend the yaxley branch of Howden’s Kitchens for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Amelia and Larri for making my kitchen renovation such a positive experience!

I am greatly disappointed with my recent experience at Howdens Yaxley. Previously, I had a positive impression of this store, but since the departure of the previous manager, the quality of service has significantly declined. Additionally, I have experienced multiple issues with missing items in a previous kitchen order, resulting in financial loss for myself. I was offered “petrol money” which I never received as I had to go and collect multiple items, multiple times as more missing or incorrect items were found as the project went on. What is more annoying is the snide comments and remarks are made like “you can’t fit kitchens” which are unnecessary and ill fitting. When the issue was not with my services but the lack of quality control from the store itself.

I’ve also been ripped off. One time I was offered 4 items for £20. The next day I was in line and another customer was offer 3 for £10. It’s clear there’s a lack of fair treatment to customers. I was also charged more for a worktop than what it was on the website. I had to call up and be credited. It’s just poor and unprofessional. An attempt was made to fob me off with a lesser item than the drill I requested that I had earned through loyalty points. One time, I was offered a free saw as it wouldn’t fit on the display, I said yes, only to be met with “actually it does fit, so now you can’t have it”.

During my most recent visit to the store, (I recently requested a location transfer due to my recent move) The new “assistant manager” who has been consistently friendly in the past year, displayed rude and unprofessional behaviour. She normally greets me with a smile and “Hey trouble”. Today, failed to acknowledge me when she was requested by the manager to count cash I had just handed over. Not even a “Hello” or “Good morning”. It was only yesterday I sent well wishes and congratulations to be passed on by her colleague upon learning about her recent promotion. It’s ironic that only a few weeks ago, her boss was a “c**t to work for”. That’s a direct quote.

I immediately attempted to address my concerns by contacting the local representative but have not received a response. This consistent lack of professionalism has greatly upset me, prompting me to share my experience here on Trustpilot. It is unacceptable and disgraceful behaviour for customers to be treated in such a disrespectful, unfair, and unprofessional manner across the whole store. It would appear the lads in the warehouse and the kitchen designer are the only members of the team left with any level of decency, respect, and professionalism.

Contacted Yaxley Centre regarding a new Kitchen and dealt with Larrisa, who was very helpful and assisted the who process. Would highly recommend working with her. Will definitely deal with them again

We used Howdens in Yaxley, Peterborough, for our new kitchen recently. They couldn’t have been more helpful, whether it was discussing the design and colour, coming to measure up or helping with queries. The kitchen fitters that they recommended were good and the one we chose did an excellent job. We had one small problem with a dishwasher door that was damaged in transit and they got it replaced immediately. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

howdens at yaxley were unreal from start to finish the service of Sam and the team were second to none one of the best companies iv ever delt with .from the planing to the delivery and the price of the kitchen and the quality of the kitchen was brilliant so so happy thank you so much 😀
