Went in to get advice on my size before purchasing off their website.
Lady was really helpful and checked which style of ring we were looking to buy so the correct sizer was used .
We were buying using PayPal so needed to buy through website - but they told us if there were any issues like didn’t like or fit we could come in-store to rectify which we didn’t know

Nice clean shop with friendly staff

Staff were very busy but looked after each customer professionally and efficiently. Great team of ladies in here that seem to work well together. Very welcoming. We always come here for our jewellery and gifts.

Very rude staff. Went in to try on rings to gather my size and the lady didn’t smile, she barely asked any questions, she spoke back to me when I was asking questions as someone abit naive to the process. I would NOT recommend going there for any jewellery and we will not be returning. Totally ruined our experience.

Ordered on line as I went into my local barrow store and the ladies was not very helpful and very disinterested in helping me.

Always like visiting his store. Staff are friendly and helpful

My Mum purchased these studs for my birthday in July. One had fallen out within days of wearing them as the stalks are not long enough for adult ears. My ear lobes are no thicker than any other adult ears but these are more for children and should be advertised as such. There is no way these stalks would stay in an adults ears for any length of time. Don't purchase for an adult

I bought a Citizen watch from HSamuels branch,in Barrow in Furness. I took it back a couple of weeks ago,as it had a fault. They sent it off, had sorted & given back to me within 2 weeks. Nothing was to much trouble for them,can't praise the Barrow shop team enough.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store by the lovely staff. They helped me pick the perfect wedding ring. I couldn’t fault the place. Clean tidy and well organised. The staff are an absolute credit.

Bought plenty here over last few months necklaces, rings and a watch. Also has a watch bought eons ago repaired and resized and was done in time for an important event with no bother. Staff are always helpful and friendly and take real care making sure they have your sizes right. They also have endless patience with indecisive teens when choosing rings. Highly recommend

Awful experience in this store due to staff. The second I walked in not once smile off the two assistance working and it only got worse once I spoke to them. The lady who I spoke with at the till was rude, my questions were answered in such a patronizing tone that I felt embarrassed and upset when I left this store. I was going to buy an expensive piece of jewelry from this shop but I wont be going back there again simply for this reason. Customer service training needed ASAP in the Barrow branch!

The girls at the Barrow-in-Furness store were very helpful and so friendly The store was very organised and we felt very safe in there .

Everybody that works in our store are a massive credit to your company-My mam has bad eyesight and couldnt see the earings properly-The nice lady removed from cabinet and patiently went through everything with her until my mam picked the ones she wanted-1st class service.
