Great customer service.

The staff in the bullring shop were absolutely amazing and very helpful.

Still waiting on my order which is now 2 and a half weeks overdue

I ordered the Double chain 9ct heart necklace which was great just what I was looking for, I have bought from H.Samuel for a while now and have always been pleased with quality and service, and would recommend them.

The first agent took her time to be welcoming. I had informed her that I ordered online and she asked for reference number, which I gave her but she didn't write it down. I knew my item was ready for collection she showed a lack of care and asked if I had received two emails/text message. I said just the one. She then asked me for the order number again. I replied back with this she then went online to check and started to get the item but then asking was there anything else? Her lack of checks haven't been great as on the order there was more items. After everything clearing she then asks for my receipt as she forgot to write further info! They also couldn't personalise my gift as they never had it in store. A refund was given.

Helpful staff, and helped me out without any fuss when I needed adjustments made to a watch strap

Staff was very helpful and showed me multiple watches that fit the description I wanted. Overall, a good experience!

I was extremely disappointed with what should have been a lovely experience. I order a special ring for my partner online to be collected in store so that we could double check the sizing. When I arrived at the store and asked if we could measure up I was told that we could only use the ring sizer "at the point of purchase" - I explained that I'd already purchased the ring (I.e I've just spent hundreds of pounds in the store) I was flatly told on a loop that this wouldn't be possible as it took a while to clean it.
There was no customer service, no empathy, no desire to create a special moment or be accommodating. Theoretically if I had of cancelled my order there and then, asked them to return the ring and then said I wanted to re-order it they would have let me use the ring sizer? madness...
Oh.. and to top it all off.. when we got home the ring didn't fit. If only we'd been able to use the ringsizer. The staff in the store came across as disinterested and robotic, it really spolied a special moment.

I was served by the amazing Clarie in the Birmingham store. She was very helpful and so knowledgeable about engagement rings. She helped guide me through numerous engagement rings. Claire was fantastic in making my purchase so much easier. When the engagement ring did not my other half and we went back in she was so helpful in arranging an delivery date for us.
Clarie once again thank you for making an stressful decision go so smoothly. U really made my day but also her day to. I believe that when we were chatting that your husband is a fan of Richer Sounds. Please feel free to pop into the store in Solihull and I will be more than to happy help you and hopefully make it a wonderful experience as you did for me. I cannot thank you enough Claire.

Only 2 stars because packaging is very cheap .For the amount what I pay for the jewellery at least boxes could be more glued together .

Got my Bulova watch at a good price, and fast delivery too, but sadly, the watch wasnt working! Went online to be told to pop along to my nearest H.Samuel branch for a free battery, but I dont have a local branch!! Having realised they are in partnership with Ernest Jones, I asked if I could take the watch there, and was told yes, it's not a problem. Sadly, my local Ernest Jones branch told me that I shouldnt have been told that. They dont do replacement batteries in store, and font hold Bulova watches. However, the ladies there were amazing, and spent half an hour calling around to source a replacement watch for me!! They are going to call me as soon as they recieve the watch.

Friendly staff with great level of patience to guide us through jewelry and watch displays. Good offers were running when I visited.

Had a great time there staff very friendly and helpful as well as patient though must say leave it to the clients to decide to buy and not sounding to pushy. Hence my 4 stars.
