I recently took my engagement ring into H Samuels as it need the claws fixed as stone was loose. Millie served me and fully explained that the ring would be sent away and the whole process. The service was really good and very well priced. When i went to pick up my ring I mentioned that it was so sparkly next to my wedding ring, Millie then took my wedding ring away and buffed it up and when she brought it back it was as sparkly as my engagement ring, thank you very much Mille

We have been twice in the last year my husband bought my a new eternity ring for my Christmas and willow helped us she was very helpful and funny the service was excellent and my husband went back to getting a black wedding band made for me and he got willow to help him and again she was very helpful we are so very happy with the results with the ring and willow explained everything they did what it was made of the name of the metal , 5 stars for h Samuel and 10 stars for willow .

Time for a change
Was looking for a automatic watch but then chose a watch that works from the light. I found the staff very helpful in helping setting up the watch as ime not that great at technology. I now have a great looking watch that hasn't missed a second. Well done h Samuel

Watch alteration
Needed a couple of links taken from a watch I got for a birthday present. Staff were very helpful and sorted my watch . Basic cost of £20 as I didn’t buy it there but have a guarantee to take it back if there are any problems . Quite satisfied .
