Donna served me and was very welcoming and helpful trying on various pieces of jewellery.

Katie was really good at reassuring our daughters when they got upset during their ear piercings and did a really good job at explaining what we needed to do to keep them clean afterwards. She was patient, kind and professional. I would highly recommend if you're searching for ear piercings for children below the age of 10.

How lovely it is to still have a store still in our town centre, nit much else left!!!

After looking online for a birthday gift, and just not sure whether the photos were enhanced by AI, I decided to take a walk into town and visit our local H Samuel.

As soon as I walked in a staff member greeted me, making me feel seen (something that lacks in so many stores these days).

I found what I was looking for and simply had to make eye contact and a member of staff was there to help.

All the staff, but especially Donna, had a lovely sunny disposition and friendly chatter... but not too much if you know what I mean.

I am so glad I decided on purchasing in person, what a breath of fresh my visit was.

The store atm is in amongst a town that is being regenerated, and yet the stores standards are still super high. Clean, no trip hazards, great displays.

Initially (30/9/25) I was happy with the store. Pleasant Manager who assured my wife and myself that the watch I was buying was extremely robust (so much so that a rep had at one time encouraged staff on a product day to throw them against a wall, with the stipulation that the extreme robustness did not cover the strap). Encouraged I bought the watch and all went well until about 2 weeks ago when I found the glass was cracked. A bit of a mystery as I have been out of the sun most of the time recently and certainly had not been hit by anything, nor collided with anything. Confident went back to the shop with the invoice, being confident the guarantee would cover the problem. I was told that the guarantee would not cover the face of the watch (I would have to have taken out an extra warranty). Result was I would have to pay for a glass replacement - which of course was nearly the coast of the watch. Beware purchasers as the guarantee provided is basically useless and Casio G Shock watches do seem to fare badly to a glancing blow from a passing marchmallow!

Popped in store for a Boss watch battery replacement and was served by a lovely young lady called Katie. She took care removing the back then tested the old battery making sure it was dead before replacing with a new one. All done in a few minutes with no fuss. Have used them before and will again.

The item i wanted wasn't in stock, so Parys ordered it for me for next day delivery. She was really helpful and engaging, which was great for me as a first time customer. I got a call the next day from one of the team and collected the item from the store. Again, Parys was on hand to help me. Overall a great experience. Thank you

I went into H.Samuel Cannock today to get some links to take out of my watch bracelet. Amy & Parys were in and were very happy to help. I would totally recommend purchasing from this shop, as it was a lovely environment to be in 😁🫶

Went to the Cannock branch to buy a chain for a pendant having previously not had any satisfaction at another local jewellers. Both Parys and Becky were very helpful and pleasant in being able to help us get what we wanted and being able to attach the chain to our pendant quickly and skilfully.
Thanks to both, we would recommend them and use them in the future.

Paris pierced my ear and was very helpful throughout.

A beautiful pair of gold earrings, the Sales Assistant was helpful and interested in my chosen items.

I bought the jewellery cleaning cloth too.

We were served straight away by parys, she helped us find the right size for our rings and talked us through all the insurance and everything. Very well organised and stress free.

Parys was extremely helpful locating an item that is out of stock virtually everywhere. She found the item in the correct size and reserved it for us to collect.
