Myself and my wife visited the Cramlington store last week (15/11/23) regarding the purchase of a new wedding and engagement ring. We received a 5 star service treatment from both Abbey and Christine, who were so helpful in going the extra mile in ensuring the type of jewellery we were looking for. A pleasure to deal with, thank you very much ladies.

Recently had my white gold ring rhodium plated, by virtue of the insurance I took out at the time of purchase, this was done for free. Absolutely delighted with the results and a big shout out to Christine in the Cramlington branch who couldn't be more helpful with everything.

We were made so welcome by both ladies in the Cramlington branch. Christine was so helpful and full of patience. She made sure we got the exact wedding rings we wanted and gave us her experience in sizing the rings. She did well above and beyond, what we were expecting. Two very friendly ladies. I called in to the Cramlington shop and had a great customer service experience with Christine. I took in two items for repair, one of which she was able to complete immediately for me. The 2nd item needed to be sent away which is always a concern when it’s an item of great sentimental value. Christine talked me through the process and was extremely professional. I felt comfortable with the process and within minutes had received a detailed text message confirming all the information and a reference number. I have used the Cramlington shop on a number of occasions now and their service has never let me down.

Went to shop this morning to buy a simple ordinary watch that took no Tech. degrees in operating it and the nice lady called Christine showed me several and explained the workings and simplicity of them chose one, thank you Christine for all your help your a treasure.

I have always bought from the Cramlington branch over the years. I have dealt with a few of the staff especially Janice Moore the Store manager who dealt with a problem that I had. Wont hesitate to buy from them again.

I was served by Sue who was extremely friendly and helpful and gave me the time to have a good browse. I will definitely be returning again soon

Cramlington shop adheres well to covid guidelines. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. Faye served me, she was friendly,helpful and didnt rush me making a decision. Faye was adjusted the watch strap for a better fit.Will use this shop again.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Nicely presented gift for my Granddaughter which she loved. Lovely earrings.
