The purchase was straightforward

We went in today to look at watches and also asked about getting my daughter's stud earrings cleaned. They were a beautiful, bright blue when we first got them but had become discoloured through wear. The manager Stef said she would able to clean the earrings for free, which was great. The earrings are back to their original brightness and my daughter is delighted! The staff were so friendly and kind to my children and I while we were waiting. Thanks for your help today!

Went into Buchannan Galleries yesterday 4 staff members all chatting no one asked to help so I walked out

Robbing thieving bas*ards I went here with my partner to have a diamond replaced in her engagement ring that fell out and she lost one. The woman in the shop proceeds to test the ring and tries to tell me the 1.5 carats of diamonds in the ring were not real when I knew for a fact they are real as it was bought in a more expensive shop than that dump. She said it wasn't real I said this time test it again and do it right which she did and all of a sudden it was real diamonds her mistake fu**ing liars were planning on stealing the diamonds out of the ring and replacing them with glass...

Ordered gift for my granddaughters first birthday was informed in stock could collect 19/06/21 then got email sorry it’s been delayed for 48 hours contacted Buchanan galleries spoke to Sophie whose customer service was poor and not what I expected sorry but nothing I can do attitude wanted to cancel so could get alternative only to find out customer devices closed on Saturday I was given assurances by manager that she would cancel it on Monday and arrange refund this didn’t happen got email to tell me my item was awaiting collection I contacted store manager apologised as she was off on Monday contacted customer services only to be told I would have to wait until 14 days to get money back as the item would have to be returned to them or I could go into store to get refund quicker so because of there cock up I was to take unnecessary trip to Glasgow to push process quicker ludicrous policy even the manager agrees that this is unacceptable

Excellent service in what was a very warm shop, made worse with face covering, so ten out of ten to the staff

Very nice staff. Sophie was extremely helpful friendly and with good advice with regards of my purchase. It was a nice shopping experience overall.

I only made a small purchase in store but the sales assistant was very helpful and found exactly what I needed in just a couple of minutes. Great service.
