Visited the Grimsby store on August 7th, excellent customer service, friendly and extremely helpful staff.
Delighted with my purchase and definitely purchase again from the store.

We have been to your Grimsby branch on three occasions and each time been assisted by the lovely Nicky Grant. On each visit, she was very approachable and looked very smart and professional. She gave us her full attention, backed up with very useful information on what we were looking for. In our opinion she stood out compared to the the other counter staff who appeared less interested in assisting customers. On our future visits we will always wait for Nicky to assist us. She is an asset to Samuels

This woman working there was so rude, think her name was Rosie or something, short hair glasses maybe 50. I came in to get a smaller size ring, she laughed about it and spoke about me to another colleague and was rude about what I was doing. In the end I got a refund and walked out as there was no way I was going to deal with her attitude anymore.

I received great service from kind, friendly staff and the repair is amazing can't even see it. Very happy.

Bought my now wife, an engagement ring in May last year. The diamond fell out in the December. She never even realised it was missing, untill she caught glimpse it was gone. The ring was sent off for investigation to see if there was a manufacturing fault. We were told it must have been damaged. If we wanted to pay for the ring to be fixed it would cost 1,300, I only paid £600 for the ring. Have since taken the ring to an independent jeweller for repair to be told the arms where not long enough on the clasps, hence why the diamond fell out. Now intouch with the ombudsman, will leave it in their hands. Anyone looking for advice stay well clear. Wish we had gone to independent jewellers from the start.

My boyfriend bought me a pair of earings for Christmas and I did not like them so we came back to return them in Grimsby Mall. They denied the return because the earings were not "sealed" . We explained them that nobody sealed them in the store and nobody informed us of anything. They said it was a new employee who did not know so we have to pay 100 pounds for an employee mistake. They did not try to help at all, no alternatives, nothing, this is a scam, hiring new people who don.t know company policy and then say that its company policy they have to follow. Scam scam scam

Went into shop on Saturday received amazing customer service by Lacey, considering she hadn’t been there long she acted very professional and was very useful helping me pick out silver earrings would 100% be going back in thank you

I've not been to many shops since covid started but I entered H.Samuels in fresney place in Grimsby and felt very safe .I went in to by a pair of earrings for my granddaughter's prom the lady was very helpful and she put the earrings in a plastic bag and sealed it I was not sure if they were to big so she told me she could return them as long as seal not broken

Very helpful staff I went to Sheffield for the day and got what I wanted from the Sheffield shop the staff was lovely and made my visit enjoyable thank you so much

walked into shop asked sales person for a specific item . he was on it straight away . got what i needed in less than five minutes . out of door in same time. well done that man .
