After 50 years of hating my very bad ear piercings from an alleged professional, I went into this store and left with perfect piercings and stud earrings which covered the holes! I think it was Sam, sorry to say I forgot her name but what a star she is. Very good service and excellent skills. I am over the moon.

Silver ring turned black and marked after 4 week Manager 🤬Inverness said it just with having worn it 😀 what was I supposed to do leave it in box !!!!!!!!

Got 8 year olds ears pierced. Sam was fantastic and the whole experience was excellent.
Have been to Claire’s previously and Samuels was so much better.

Went in to the store yesterday with my sons designer watch to be repaired as it had stopped working. We have the premium insurance which we have paid for on numerous watches we have bought from H. Samuel. The older lady was rude from the moment we walked into the shop. Said batteries aren't covered with insurance and she knows for a a fact it was the battery that was faulty. I told her that this had happened to a one of the same brand of watch my son has previously and it was sent away and was irreparable and I would like it sent away and checked. Her response was, ive worked in this industry for over 30 years and i know its just a battery! She then proceeded to say that a new battery with them would cost £40, but if I went to Timpsons round the corner its only £20 and that i should do that! I was confused as to why she would be asking me to take my watch elsewhere to be repaired, then she said but if you do that it was null and void the warranty... so I said no, I dont want to do that, I want it sent away and checked by the professionals thats included in my warranty... she then said it could take months to come back because its so close to Christmas, i said that's fine we are in no rush as he has multiple watches, she wasnt happy, sighed and stormed away... then came back with a smile on her face and said, thatll be £89.95 plz.. I said excuse me? She said for this watch its £89.95 for a new battery. I told her I wasnt paying any money until I know what is wrong with the watch, (which i have done with previous watches) and she said they will not be sending my watch away to get checked as she knows whats wrong with it end of story!!

I feel she was very unhelpful, rude and was under no circumstances was allowing us to claim of our premium insurance for this.

I left the shop and phoned the insurance company myself and made a complaint!

This woman shouldn't be working with the public with an attitude like that.
No point in paying for insurance to be told they will not sent your watch to be checked over and repaired, even tho that is what you pay it for.

Popped into the Inverness store the beginning of the week. I was a bit apprehensive as i am normally bombarded by staff the minute i step foot into a shop.
There was a very polite, friendly young lady (Tegan) who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She is a credit to the branch, if only there were more staff like her. Had a lovely smile the whole time i was there. Will definitely be back.

The strap on my husband’s watch needed repaired and altered. It was explained how much it would cost, how long it would take and they offered to post it to me. Faultless service.

Excellent service from the girls at Inverness Eastgate branch last week. We went in to buy a watch for my wife and ended up buying 3 watches. Help from Lesley and Ksena in particular. Ksena expertly altered the straps on all 3 watches. An excellent service!

Attended the Inverness branch on 26/7/23 to collect a Seiko 5 watch that I had ordered, staff very friendly and helpful, took links out of the bracelet to achieve a perfect fit.

A simole purchase took a long time, I didn't get the impression that the employee knew her business

Husband bought me a lovely diamond and sapphire bracelet for my retirement, we had a lovely experience and the young lady was very tentative and knowledgeable.

I bought a women Seiki watch. The staff was very helpful and lovely.
