Bought a chain this morning at the King's Lynn branch and Debbie who served me was friendly, efficient and a gave a great service. Always find the staff friendly and I have bought 3 items in the last 2 months.

Talk about the poor customer service I received during my recent visit to your Kings Lynn Branch, when I attended to enquire about having a ring resized.

Upon entering the store, I was not acknowledged or greeted by a member of staff, despite staff being present. I found this disappointing, as basic recognition is expected in a customer-facing environment.

When I eventually approached the counter to ask about resizing my ring, the staff member behind the desk was polite and did her best to assist me. However, she appeared inexperienced and seemed unsure of the process, relying heavily on another colleague for guidance.

Unfortunately, the other member of staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering helpful support, she gave her personal opinions in an abrupt and dismissive manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her attitude was unnecessary and inappropriate, especially when I was simply seeking assistance with a standard service.

I appreciate that staff may have different levels of experience, but this does not excuse rude behaviour, poor communication, or a lack of basic courtesy. The experience left me feeling disrespected and has negatively impacted my view of your store.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed seriously, as I believe customer service should be handled with professionalism and respect at all times.

Additionally, I was also concerned by the lack of care taken when arranging contact details for the resizing. I was told that I would receive a call when the ring was ready to be collected, however no one asked me to confirm my current contact number. Instead, staff appeared to rely on a phone number already “on the system,” which I do not understand, as it was not the correct number for me. This has caused unnecessary worry and inconvenience, as I was left uncertain about how I would be contacted and whether I would be informed at all when the item was ready.

Always the best customer service at H Samuel’s. I had my wedding band re ordered into store 3 times and the shop assistants got it transferred in for me so that I didn’t have to worry about refunding. They were so patient and happy to help. Not to mention good value and good quality jewellery. Thank you :)

I visited on 2 separate occasions today and was completely ignored by the staff but they went to assist other customers after I had walked in. I was looking at buying 9 carat earrings but will now take my business elsewhere.

We took our granddaughter to have her ears pierced today, Kerry was amazing she put our 7 year old granddaughter at ease and explained each step to her. Kerry pierced the ears quickly and very efficiently our granddaughter didn’t even flinch. I am so pleased we chose h Samuel kings lynn for this to be done I can highly recommend both the store and Kerry

I went to the King's Lynn store to have my ears pierced again after the holes had closed up during the lockdowns. Kerri was very friendly and efficient, she was very safety conscious and it only cost £5.99, so no charge for the actual piercing! Excellent service from Kerri!

We went into buy a ring, the staff were so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend and will be visiting again in the future. Thank you Julie and your team from King’s Lynn for making our visit pleasurable.

Kerri in Kings Lynn gave me the most incredible customer service. I was really touched and delighted. She untangled and repaired a broken link in my favourite necklace on my birthday.
