Fiona, from the white rose H Samuel store, was super helpful. She helped us find the ring we had looked at online, she set up the much needed insurance and showed me how to clean my ring.

I placed my order online for a collection at your White Rose store. Notification was received that the watch was ready to collect and I drove across Leeds to pick. When in store, I was told they'd sold my watch to someone else that morning so would have to give me a refund instead of even trying to guarantee me a replacement. Considering that this was to be a 40th birthday present that would now not happen, there was absolutely no interest in helping me secure another from group stock of what was a clearance item and likely to be in short supply.
From a customer standpoint, I had placed my order, was told it was ready to collect but because they'd failed to put it to one side, 24hrs after ordering, they sold it to someone else. Rather than apologise, and expedite a replacement, instead they emailed me to say I'd collected my purchase (when I hadn't), and then shortly afterwards, sent me another implying that I'd returned it and a refund was on its way?
I've then driven another hour back home and fortunately managed to secure another to be delivered a week from today, which the only positive to come out of this lousy experience. If rude and indifferent is now the H Samuel standard, as experienced today, then under no circumstances will they get my custom ever again. Plain awful

I have never ordered anything before from H Samuel but after talking to a lovely, helpful, polite lady in your White Rose store, I went ahead and placed my order.

Easy to navigate to exactly what I wanted to look at. Found the item and even better got 25% off and free home delivery! What more could you ask for? Thank you and merry Christmas!

Poor customer service from this “jewellers” purchased a wedding ring set and three weeks later found a small diamond had fallen out it and it’s not covered under warranty H Samuel want as much as the ring cost to repair it ! I thought wedding rings were for life I will never buy anything from this place again.

After finally finding the perfect wedding band, and updating my engagement ring at the same time; after only 5 months of wearing my new engagement ring one of the prongs bent and the center stone fell out.

I have since taken this back to the store only to be told that I must have caught this on something and will not replace of fix without a cost.

I would accept this if it wasn't for the fact that I already wear rings, of similar style and cut that I've worn for years that I've never had this problem with that have been considerably cheaper, considering that each ring from H.Samuel cost 1k. I take all my rings off for everything possible, before bed, before a bath, before washing up.

To be told that a ring that costs triple the cost of all your other none broken rings, is broken at your own fault, is unacceptable. The principal of hiding behind being able to say the customer is at fault not the quality and expecting the customer to then pay £200 to fix, is not acceptable.

Return for new size ring. I bought my wife a gold ring for Christmas. Needed a different size so took back to store on 30th Dec 2024 to exchange. They took the ring and told us they would send the new one to our home address. Three weeks later still no sign of the the ring. I have phoned the store 4 times. Each time I have been fobbed off by staff at the store in Leeds white Rose centre. First time told can't speak to head office just wait. Second time told probably just delayed due to new year pst from DX. Third time told sorry sure it will be with you soon. Fourth time told I have contacted head office and they have sent to wrong address. I asked them to tell me when sorted. Promised they would let me know what head office said. 5 days later no word. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Store assistants are very lacking in knowledge and just make up excuses to get you off the phone. Next call will be to cancel the whole order. I will update on their response. Will never buy from this company again

Had my ears pierced today no appointment necessary it was great the assistant was really nice, kind, and helpful. It was quick and virtually pain free would recommend to anyone.
Overall, excellent.

I took my 14 year old daughter to H Samuel today for her very first ear piercing. Gina was lovely with her, incredibly helpful and gentle, talked us through all the options and even gave us 10% discount. The whole service was incredibly professional and I would highly recommend their service. We were even given a pack with aftercare solution and sweets! Fabulous 👌

I went into the store based in Leeds white rose.. I had them find me what I want on there toes as I was to meet the person I was buying the gift for in seconds. Can’t remember the staff name.. but she assumed her name when I said Deary (it ryhmes) and the manager met my expectations there and then. Quick, accurate and satisfying customer service..

We went into the leeds briggate branch to purchase a birthday present , we were greeted by Ethan I believe his name was and his professionalism and attentiveness was impeccable , polite , humorous and friendly . Would recommend this store ti anyone looking for good quality jewellery .
We will be back !

Today, we went watch shopping, but regrettably, the sales representative didn't seem very attentive to us. While we were trying on a watch, he asked us to return them so he could attend with one of his colleagues, leaving us unattended. It didn't appear very professional, so we had no choice but to leave and make our purchase at the store next door.

Rachel is very helpful and accommodating and gives us advices and choices to make our shopping so easy and straight forward and no hassle. Highly recommended.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ella was fantastic really knowledgeable and made my daughter feel at ease. I would definitely recommend anyone having their ears pierced at H Samuel it is much cheaper as you only pay for the cost of the earrings and more importantly it was a far better experience than its competitors.

I'll start with the positives - all the staff that I dealt with at the White Rose store have been lovely and were all understanding and did all they could to sort out the issues with my ring. So a big thank you to them for all of their help.

Now the serious negative - do not get your ring resized with H Samuel. After getting engaged abroad, I got home and realised my ring was too big. We headed to the store and despite being a few days outside of the exchange period, they agreed to send my ring off to be resized for free. 9 days later I went back to pick up the resized ring and when I looked at it, there was a very noticeable black line where the ring had been cut and this could also be felt. All the staff agreed with me that this wasn't right so sent it back to be fixed. Another week later I went back only to find that all they had done was polish the ring down so that the band was now a lot thinner and the black line / join was still there! At this point I was so frustrated and upset and asked for a new ring, as I don't expect to send an engagement ring worth £2500 for resizing for it to come back in such a poor state. The staff agreed to send for me a new ring in the correct size which I have just been back to pick up today.
As I say, I cannot fault the staff and I'm glad I now have a new engagement ring that fits. I just wish I had read reviews prior to taking my ring back to H Samuel for resizing (although at the time, you think you're doing the right thing by taking it back to them). It would have saved me a lot of stress and anxiety and wouldn't have caused a dampener on my engagement. I would say if you want to avoid your ring being "resized" by clearly incompetent jewellers, then do not use H Samuel. Do your research, find a local / recommended jeweller that will look after your ring and not cause all of the added stress and anxiety.
