Quick and easy

We always leave the shop happy as the staff are really good, helpful, patient and go above & beyond to ensure you get what you're lookin for. Samara & emma we have got to know as we often go in the store, today we met vicki who was covering for someone & she was just as nice, friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Great staff definitely worth a visit to the shop & there's a good sale on too

i am writing to say thankyou to H samuels and particular kia the manager of the store in the lowry outlet in manchester, My story starts after purchasing a engagement ring for my partner in january for a surprise proposol which was going to happen in late march in italy, anyway everything went smooth on the day apart from the ring wouldnt fit it was a little smaller, as you can imagine we were a little worried because it had gone past the returns date for the ring, i returned the ring to the shop and gladly had it replaced, the manager couldnt do enough for us and replaced it with the same ring but a larger size, i would like to say the level of service offered by H SAMUELS to be fantastic and thank you very much from me and my fiancee. We dealt with Emma at the Lowry, Salford quays shop, she was really helpful and really polite, good and helped us choose our wedding rings

In the last 4 weeks I have purchased Pearl drop earrings a gents ring and silver chain.
I cannot thank the assistants enough at The Lowry store, Salford Quays. They were patient as I was unsure on some of my purchases. I ordered a men’s ring and although they didn’t have the size wanted they checked and even rang the store to make sure. The correct size was delivered within 2 days (only because it was after their postal dispatch). They phoned to say it had arrived - what a fantastic service. On top of this I got 20% off the original price and also received a promotional. I used the voucher within the timeframe to purchase a pair of beautiful (discounted) earrings, extra bonus already. I will be heading back again soon.
Thank you to all the assistants that served me, you are a credit to H Samuels.

Really happy with our purchase. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. He arranged in advance for us to view the item, he took additional pictures prior to the appointment which was also very helpful. All round a very good experience. 👍🏻👍🏻.

Helpful staff, speaking as a black man that gets treated oddly when I enter most stores,they treat me like any other customer,which speaks volumes for the people they employ and HS Samuels training program.

I purchased a watch and the sales assistant made a big deal about giving me a twenty five pound voucher to use on my next purchase. When I got home I was going through my paperwork for the watch and noticed the voucher expired the next day. I decided to ring the store thinking they must have given me the wrong voucher, but when I spoke to the sales assistant he had given me the right voucher and it does run out the next day. I said to him out of courtesy it would have been nice if he would have informed me when the voucher expired, his reply was it has the date on the voucher. With that I said thankyou and left it at that. Mr John Whatmough.
