Long story short I had just proposed to girlfriend of 13 years whilst on holiday I rushed to get the ring from another shop and they didnt even ask me size they said check on your finger hers be same.
So my fiancé's ring was 4 sizes too big. We went into your middlesbrough store after being a ring she wanted. And instantly the girl who served us helped us and listened to our story and seen I was in trouble. Gary the manager over hearing this story said came to assist further they both were so amazing not only making sure jess had the right size that she was okay to come back Saturday as we were waiting on a refund for the 1st ring which could take 3 days. My partner obviously wanted the ring there and then which Gary advised is possible ill see if we got it in your exact size and we can have a look at abit of finance. He took us through the process which was so straight forward I was jungling my 2 small children at the time and he could see we all were stressed after been out shopping for over 4 hours. The girls name I didnt get unfortunate but she wore beautiful glasses and was forever smiling and asking about our girls and the holiday. From start to finish the whole team in middlesbrough store treat us like royalty they clearly know their job inside out and understand how to make people feel special. My future wife is now so happy again after my failure and the other store which I wont name but its wasn't hsamuel so dont worry. It really was a dream and we will 100% be back for future jewellery and even our wedding rings to compliment the beautiful engagement ring we now have that fits perfect. Many thanks again chris, jess and our girls.

Found what I wanted and placing order was easy.

Took back a broken Seksy watch.Was very impressed with the staff.Jodie was very accommodating as was her trainee.Nice to have very good service for a change.

Knew what I wanted but unable to see the item & nothing quite caught my eye, then Nikki Sale assistant/manageress came to my rescue. Told me if I know what I want & don't see it then they can make if for me. We went on the tablet & looked at a few designs, then Nikki showed me a diamond ring & took ideas from there & made a few changes. Don't know who was more excited In picking it up me or Nikki. I'm very happy with the ring it's gorgeous & can't wait for the next challenge 😍

George and Gary were fantastic, finding my click and collect order, adjusting the strap, just very professional sales people, something we don't get with online shopping. Also helped another customer with a chain that needed replacing, really nice customer interaction

Exceptional service from member of staff very courteous, helpful & pleasant. We choose earring as a birthday present for friend help to choose from assistant. Our friend loved her earrings, so it’s thanks to the assistant who served us. Only regret is we didn’t get her name.

The staff were efficient, helpful. Very friendly and professional. The watch we bought for my grandsons 16th birthday was a high end item which was in the sale we were very very happy with our purchase. Including the insurance for said item.

I bought a necklace,the staff were so helpful and pleasant without being pushy.Absolutely followed covid rules,disinfected each item before I touched them,talked behind screens but didn't detract from a lovely experience.

Absolutely brilliant service, the Lady who looked after my wife was awesome, one of these above and beyond type's who you would always go back to, and we will be back to buy the eternity ring that she needs.
