Staff friendly and efficient. Repair to one watch done excellently. Watch straps for 2 other watches fitted and good quality straps.

The lady that served me was extremely…

The lady that served me was extremely pleasant and efficient as was the other lady in the shop.
However the manager was prowling around the shop speaking very loudly into his mobile complaining to someone in the company that he didn’t have the time to do what had been asked of him.
As a customer I really didn’t need to hear this.
