Purchased a silver zirconia ring in September 2025. Noticed last month there was a stone missing. I havnt banged or caught it on anything and never when showering or bathing. I took it back to the Oldham store who sent it off for checks. I got a phone call to say it wasn't accidental and been caught, I assured them it wasn't. Well I wasn't paying the £84 repair when the ring only cost £74. Today ive worn my ring, checked the stones this afternoon and another stone has fallen out. Again I havnt done anything for this to happen. I am very disappointed in H Samuel as I believe this is a faulty ring.

I was served by luke who helped me to choose my casio. He was polite, respectful and showed a high level of knowledge for watches. Highly recommended.

Went on the 15th March to the Oldham Branch of H Samuel. Got my cartlidge part if my ear pierced. Jon and Carla were super! Very helpful, friendly explained everything very thoroughly! Will definitely go back! Thanks very much!

Last week my Citizen eco-drive watch, which I bought from H. Samuel 25 years ago, sadly died. I decided to buy another eco-drive watch, but a radio-controlled one that receives time signals from atomic clocks around the world, and will always tell the correct time.
After shopping around online I found one in my local H. Samuel store at a very competitive price, telephoned to reserve it and went along to collect it. The staff in the store could not have been more helpful and friendly.

Carla was wonderful in helping me with my engagement ring fitting and getting sorted with a ring protection policy, all the staff at the shop were very accommodating during my visits to make sure I got the right ring for me, and even answered my questions after I had received the ring and had queries around sizing. Excellent friendly customer service ☺️

My partner and I went looking for wedding rings at H.Samuel Oldham, and Clara was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly and directed us to the designs and metals we were interested in. We didn't feel rushed and she even found out if our rings could be ordered in silver rather than white gold as per our needs. Great experience.

Amazing customer service .. in November last year wanted to buy my partner a watch omg the sales assistant got about 20 watches out not too much trouble ..purchased a Amazing watch .today my partner wanted to buy me a new engagement ring ..tried so many and the service was second to none it was fantastic service ..ordered my ring and can't thank oldham branch enough ..Great service thank you

Good price for this Casio watch, able to collect locally, straight forward payment method

My partner bought an engagement ring from here 2 weeks ago and there is all ready a problem with it no refund cos they said it's scratched and it's got to go by to manufacture which can take up to 2/3 weeks before it comes back but they saying it could be my fault so me and my partner are not happy and it wasn't a cheap ring neither that's why you only get one star

I purchased a watch today, was served by a pleasant young man called Andrew. He listened to my requirements and professionally found exactly what I was looking for. Good knowledge good customer service. Pleasant experience.

She was very polite and accommodating, even after the dozen or so rings I tried on! Not pushy at all. Kelly's a super sales assistant and an asset to the store. Great experience

Hi was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter. The staff were very helpful and I purchased a lovely bracelet which my daughter was well pleased with.
The assistant also informed me of items that were on offer at greatly reduced prices and I purchased a necklace for my daughter in laws coming birthday.
A good experience shopping here.

Good price ok

My dad bought my mum a new wedding ring as her original one is too big but she didn’t want to make it smaller. We didn’t know that they did home deliveries when you order in shop which was a real bonus as my parents are vulnerable and are still limiting their exposure to others.
The lady in the shop was very friendly and helpful and the ring was perfect and came a day early!
