I want to express my gratitude to Sylvia and Josh from Sutton Coldfield brach who were amazing in resolving my problem and made my little girl very happy. You guys are awesome. Customer service were also very helpful in providing a copy of my receipt which I lost. We would definitely buy from you again.

Do not know why they claim to be able to repair jewellery, I tried to get a piece of jewellery repaired, they just claimed it didn’t need repairing, the clasp still doesn’t work. Don’t advertise services you can’t offer

Bought a quite expensive engagement ring and five months later the diamond centre fell out, it had only been worn occasionally, took it back to the store and no problem we will get it fixed for you, then two weeks later out of the blue we got a phone call saying collect the ring unrepaired or pay £150 to have it fixed, we even took out the extra insurance! we rejected their claim we had broken the ring ever since then they have totally ignored us, don’t buy from these people if there’s a problem they don’t want to know, let’s see if they ignore the Courts which is where it’s going

I visited the shop on Thursday 1-6-23 as my husbands watch needed a new battery…Sylvia the lady that served me was very pleasant … & very helpful…I would certainly use the shop again & will recommend it to friends.

I went this morning as my son had a watch from there a very special watch toy story and he loves it but it broke and a lovely lady called Jane fixed it he was so happy. Really lovely lady's who served us.

I was served by a lovely lady called Sylvia. Sylvia was very helpful, polite and kind to me. A great experience.

Once again a warm welcome by the staff of H Samuel, it doesn't matter what value of jewellery you buy, the staff are always as friendly as ever. In particular Sylvia at the Sutton Coldfield branch, she always has a lovely smile and welcomes you whatever you buy. Well done Sutton Coldfield and Sylvia, great service 5*

Purchased a man’s watch for my nephews21st birthday
Measured his wrist took the links out for a nice fit very efficiently offers me the extra insurance that I purchased. Very reasonable price.nephew very happy with his new watch.

I was going in for a pair of earrings, and the service was great! They were really helpful, super friendly and really quick! They definitely satisfied me and I can’t wait to go back!

At the start of July 2021 I brought a gold necklace in to the Sutton Coldfield store to be repaired. I was told that I would receive a text message to come and collect it the first weekend in August, it's now October and I still don't have my necklace.

I went in to the store on 20/09/2021 and spoke to the manager who informed me that the lady who deals with repairs is off on annual leave so I left my name and phone number again and was told that the person who deals with repairs would call me in the week, I am yet to be contacted.

I made a complaint via email on 01/10/2021, I have chased this twice since, still no resolution offered.

I have contacted HSamuel via Twitter twice, no response.

This is disgusting service, I just want my necklace back. This is practically theft. I expect to be appropriately compensated for the amount of time I have had to spend chasing this.

Faultless customer service. Sutton coldfield has seen a decline in shops but HSamuels is always a busy little little shop with really friendly helpful staff.
