We were served by Sue The Manager who was exceptionally helpful very patient and knowledgeable

We spoke to a lovely young lady called Toni Anne, in the Telford centre Samuel's.
Her customer service was first class. There were no pressure sales tactics, just honest talk.
We decided to have a look around at other jewellers, but in the end, as Tony's sales was so good, I came back. She is a true asset to Samuel's, and please pass on our remarks to her. Thank you, Donna and fam x

Garmin was sold out on the website. The Telford team (mainly Pam) were very helpful in getting the last remaining product in another store reserved for me. Laura in the Derby store managed to bat away a number of other people who wanted the same product. They honoured my reservation and trusted I’d collect it. Fantastic service.

Telford store. Excellent service, friendly and expert knowledge of products from manager Ian. Always helpful and can never do enough to make sure shopping experience is enjoyable. I'd give more stars if I could.

I am very happy with the customer service I received at telford store. I spoke to Ian about a problem I had with my engagement ring that I believe had come back with a problem from there end. And it was gonna cost me a lost more money to repair it. The customer service I received from Ian was brilliant very helpful and understanding. Once we had discussed it I only had to pay a small fee.

Booked an appointment for the Telford store to try on Engagement rings. Before going I wrote down the product codes for the rings i wanted to try there being 6 in total.

Went to the counter advised that I had an appointment for the young woman to then tell me Ian who was conducting the appointment was on lunch even though the appointment was booked for 1.45pm and was unable to tell me what time he was due back. So we asked if she could show us the rings instead. This was a massive inconvenience to the lady even though there were three members of staff working and an empty shop.

I showed her the product codes which also had the prices and she said ‘oh can you just point them out from the counter’ so I proceeded to do so having difficultly finding them. Found one of the rings which I had seen online which I really liked. I asked if I could try it on she reluctantly got it out as if it was a hassle. Tried the ring on and asked if I could also try it with a platinum wedding band to have a feel for what it will look like. She pointed and said the wedding bands are over there. I replied ‘thats fine could you bring one over please so that I can have a look at that with then the engagement ring please’ she huffed and then came back saying they didn’t have a platinum band in stock. The gentleman, Ian who was supposed to be taking the appointment still wasn’t back of lunch either.

I enquired about the sizes in stock to try and she advised me but the entirety of then the booked appointment seemed like a massive inconvenience to her and only then tried two rings on.

Myself and my partner decided that due to her lack of enthusiasm and people skills and the lateness of a booked appointment which was due to be conducted by the manager that it was pointless and would rather spend our money elsewhere.

I went to the store but there was to many customers in so I couldn't get in first time I tried, so carried on shopping & window shopped in the other jewellers as I went round the shopping centre. Then went back to Samuels & was able to get in the shop to look at the earrings it was obvious that the prices & quality was a much better buy than any others I had looked at.
The staff were so friendly & helpful it was a lovely experience it was the first time I had been in a shopping centre for 18 months & I felt it was worth going as I left the store very happy with my purchases which were a gift for my grandaughter & she was absolutely delighted with her gift.

Very constructive and helpful visit ending in my 4 year old grand daughter leaving with a suitable watch that she loves. Many thanks

Went in to choose a new engagement ring.
Decided on a bridal set, ordered in as size wasn’t available. Paid for next day delivery to store.
Went next day and wrong size delivered, the ring I wanted was then out of stock in my size.
So I then decided to go for the same style but in a different colour gold. Chose home delivery and was given a day. That day arrived and no ring, the next day I called the store to be informed that the ring was now out of stock ( but I had no emails or calls) I then went back into store and chose a ring which I stated would be the final time before I asked for a refund. The manager assured me the ring would be there Thursday and they would contact me. No phone call Thursday and I had to call Friday twice to find out it was delivered late morning. I like my ring but I’ll never buy from here again or recommend to anyone if the item isn’t in stock.

Bought online went to shop to pick up ring staff really helpful and friendly and polite really happy

Very helpful in the Telford Town Centre store, I went in to buy a wedding ring, didn't feel pressured at all, unlike another store I went into first. The young lady that served me was very friendly, and helpful, I felt very Covid safe, all rings were put to one side once tried on.
I was very pleased with the customer service I received, I will definitely use this store again, I want to buy a watch I shall be back there for that purchase.

Really good experience on both times I have entered the store the staff really know the best information possible about each product.
Unfortunately I can not remember the staffs name who helped me out. But I can certainly say that they are both a credit to your company and team.

A huge thank you to Ian from the Telford branch. Ian ordered in a variety of sizes of an engagement ring and kept in touch with me throughout the process. He really went the extra mile to help. Much appreciated.
