The staff! Amanda (I hope think) was lovely and extremely helpful to both myself and my daughter. Friendly warm and efficient. We were made to feel like valued customers. W both had piercings and we felt relaxed ad cared for.

Mandy was super helpful with helping us to find the right style and size for our wedding bands. She even helped us with a discount voucher and helped us choose the right cover for them

Gary in the shop was so polite ,gave me a great service

So quick and easy

I popped into the store yesterday to ask if they could fix my daughter's necklace.
The lady that helped me was great. She was really friendly and repaired the necklace free of charge.

I am not very good with technology and could not set my lovely Citizen radio controlled eco watch. So dropped into H. Samuel in Worcester today. The manager Richard was incredibly helpful and set my watch for me. It is a lovely bright store with very friendly staff and a fine selection of watches and jewellery I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back for all future purchases of watches and jewellery.

I would never step into a H.Samuel store again. After deciding to purchase my wife a special gift for her birthday, I visited the local store, After viewing the area where the gift I wanted was on show, a young customer advisor appeared, I expressed an interest into a lovely necklace I had seen and requested if I could view it. Now I hadn’t gone in dressed in a 3 piece suit, but fairly smart, so when he spoke to me in the way he did I was taken back and the look from the other staff was belittling and questioned my affordability of such item and the actions to ensure the tray of goods was protected suggested that I was likely to run off with without paying, this shocked me somewhat and if it hadn’t been for the fact I really thought the necklace was “the one” I would have left, but was determined to buy it. Now I must stress this item was not mega money, but into days climate, the item was expensive and a item I would buy on a special occasion only and was quite proud of my choice and could vision my wife’s smile when she opened it!. So the advisor took me to the till to pay for it, we went through the usual questions, insurance, how are you paying etc, I paid and then he disappeared, only to return with a box which was no bigger than a match box and proceeded to stuff this beautiful gift in, I asked him “what are you doing” his response,”we don’t have any bigger boxes so this will have to do” I proceeded to explain that I had had just spent a lot of money on a gift and expected it to be presented in the correct box, his response “do you want it or not”.I was in total disbelief, in my eagerness to not to be in the shop any further, I took the gift and left with no further words spoken, I was fuming, I have never felt so unwelcome and belittled in a shop, H.Samuels you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Service impeccable Mandy very kindly adjusted my watch strap , friendly without pressure. Would definately shopr there again

hi I was exchanging a gift i had bought for a friend from the Worcester branch. Everything was going ok but i wanted to pay the difference from the original gift to the new gift in cash. (it was 4.50pm on a Saturday) the lady said oh i have done my till and we close at 5pm (i would have thought the till would have been balanced at the end of the day) no matter, I managed to give them the exact amount in cash and that sorted that. Things then took a different turn when i asked for a gift receipt as i wanted to give this to my friend with the gift. This seemed to pose a problem as i was told that the store closed at 5pm (again) and the transaction had been put through. I did say that i was posting the gift and kind of needed it. They took a bit of time and sorted it. meanwhile at 4.55pm a gentleman had come in and they seemed really annoyed (because you guessed it - the store closes at 5pm!). One lady was locking the door and a customer was trying to come in - the lady was shouting at the customer through the door - the store closes at 5pm!

Seems to be an issue - I would have thought 5.30 might alleviate the issues the store is having - really put me off. I know you probably wont care but hey ho.

Friendly responsive young woman served both times. Keen to help. Order ready when expected. Will go back.

We have made several purchases from the Worcester store in the last six months and on each occasion the staff have been really helpful and given great service. They are now our 'go-to' jewellers.

I was really pleased with the staff , they asked me if I needed help and when we said no they left us till we were ready to buy a present. Then gave us helpful advice and were very polite which is not always the case.

Great service, friendly and helpful… nothing to much trouble

We went in to try and get the battery changed in my wife’s watch, previously we had tried a few other jewellers who had been unable to get the back and off the watch.
After much effort we got the battery changed thanks to a real good service by the staff there.
We could not have been happier with the service.
