HT Campus, in my opinion, is a nifty portal to derive the most accurate information about MBA courses, distance or otherwise, in India, and should be your definite go-to resource. To add fuel to the fire, the pros and cons below have been derived from the information available on that website.
Pros –

•A bachelor’s degree is the minimum educational requirement.
•The cost of distance MBA in India is much less than regular MBA courses.
•No geographical relocation needed.
•Student can set their own pace and time for studies.

Cons –

•Lack of classroom culture or environment
•No mentor or guide available to clear doubts regarding the subjects
•It is easy to get distracted
While the fee for distance MBA in India is generally somewhere close to Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1Lakh in IIMs, other government institutions like IGNOU are far cheaper.
