I recently purchased a new pair of black brogues from Hudsons shoes. Having worn out my last pair, which I'd also bought from Hudsons two years previous I was a little concerned that they would take a while to break in. To my delight they have been a pleasure to wear from day one and bearing in mind the hot weather, they haven't bothered me at all. Thank you Hudson. A great product at an excellent price!

Was really excited about getting the pewter shiny boots but was disappointed. The inside soles has these weird raised bits on both feet that were uncomfortable. As the shoes were also too small I just gave up and returned for that reason. I got an email to say the refund was processed but when I checked my bank weeks later it never came through. Had to chase it up to get the refund. Shady.

I really like their designs. I haven't had any problems regarding the build quality of their shoes. Recommended.

After buy first pair 5years ago I was kind of happy with them,
And I still have them and surprisingly they still looking good!

But the nightmare started last year,
Bought 4 pairs in one year and guess what? All of them sent back!
What's wrong with you Hudson way they so Shi...t quality?

Love the shoes and have been buying for years, however a recent experience has left me frustrated and I will buy from ASOS or Office in future as opposed to Hudson directly. Bought two pairs of boots at the end of sale, did not receive a dispatch confirmation and after contacting Hudson a week later (the member of staff who was helpful) was told that it showed as a failed delivery and returned to Hudson. Very annoying as I was at home all week waiting to accept delivery. No missed delivery card along, no dispatch information and no tracking number leads me to think the shoes were never sent. The refund was processed quickly but it was only after I made contact was any information provided and a refund given. I would be uncomfortable buying direct from Hudson in the future. Additionally was told the price I paid would no longer be honoured.

Very unimpressed with the quality of these shoe - the heal feel off and a hole appeared in the sole within six month of purchasing...I suppose you pay for what you get since my Cheaney's usually las for 5 years plus.

Having purchased shoes for my husband in Mid November as a christmas gift, i tried to exchange them for another size directly after christmas and have been advised this is out of the return period as purchased in November (only a 14 day return!). All other retailers have a Christmas return policy which is extended to January for Christmas purchases.
So now my husband is stuck with shoes that are too small as they are incorrectly sized.
Poor customer service.

Bought a pair of brogues six months ago. The sole was hollow so had a hole after a couple of months, The leather came away from the sole and the leather is incredibly thin. Now completely unwearable, Won't be making the same mistake twice.

Really disappointed with the aftercare and management team of Hudson Shoes. I recently purchased a pair of loafers and the inside has lifted off after wearing them twice. I contacted Hudson to highlight the issue and their response was that they were not faulty and it was usual "wear and tear". I've been a pleased customer for over 7 years and have purchased several pairs without a problem.

Whilst Victoria, who handled the complaint was really helpful, "management" making the final decision obviously don't value their customers enough to find a resolution.. Unfortunately, I won't be buying another pair of Hudson shoes and will no longer recommend these to friends and family.

When I contacted hudson shoes and enquired about the sizing of their McKendrick boots I was advised by hudson to order a pair closest to my size, which is UK size 11. Subsequently I ordered a pair and discovered when I received my order the boots I received were not UK 11 but at more like UK 10.5. I pointed this out to hudson and gave them feed back to help them and made a case that I should not be liable for the postage cost, because they had not advertised their products accurately. Although hudson didn't accept any responsibility for the inaccurate sizing and wasted my time and postage costs which I feel under the circumstances was mean spirited since I have bought their products previously and they do not appear to treat their loyal customers well. Therefore I am leaving a one star review.

Ordered some shoes from them on 22nd July and never received them. Was told twice they had been dispatched to their UK hub to send out to Berlin but their 'Track My Order' was never updated to rely any information about where they were. Eventually the order was refunded. Their customer service was fine (responded in a timely manner but not massively helpful in the end) but this is by far the worst online shopping experience I've had with a retailer. Will never order from them again.

this is an astonishingly shoddy business. Ordered a pair costing 300 dollars on the basis of some lovely images on their website. The shoes arrived looking like 200 years old and full of defects. Badly wrinkled, numerous dents and holes and overall looking terribly old. I regret not looking for reviews. Please stay away from these bunch of crooks

Tengo que decir, que la calidad/precio, se complementan bien poco.
Se trata de una marca que ofrece una gran variedad de zapatos y botas, con airesdd estetica underground-Rock, pero sin embargo en mi experiencia (mas de 4 pares), en todos he tenido el mismo problema.
-Una suela de muy mala calidad.
-Unas uniones de pegado, no cosido francamente malas.

Terrible company. Terrible customer support. Took more than a month to receive my order, which was supposed to be a gift for a special occasion. Well, they ruined this. Then, in the process of trying to resolve the issue, and while being very very patient with them, I was accused of trying to take advantage of the company for 10 pounds. I was asked to reorder and repay. I was never refunded the whole amount. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and would not recommend. Nowadays, with so many high quality and excellent service shoe companies, why bother with Hudson?

There was an issue with their website when I tried to pay which wasted my time and left me £150 out of pocket for several days. I can't judge whether the shoes are any good (since I never received any) but I certainly don't recommend their website

Great customer service, but just bad quality shoes. I bought the ''WATTS SUEDE BLACK CHELSEA BOOT''. I sent them back because there were a lot of long suede strings on the front of the shoe. The second pair I receiver were worse than the first pair. The suede in the front clearly had a different shade of black than the suede in the back. The suede is glued inappropiately in the back. I was offered a 10% discount (ofc because they didnt want lose more money by letting me send them back again and get a new pair). I really like the design and this company has great customer service, but oh man the quality is bad.

Best shoes I've had. Though they are rather pricey, they are worth every euro. Good quality and so stylish.

I love their shoes.

Super fast and easy service, delivered to my local drop point at no extra cost, actually for free;) big fan of the brand and quality products!...have to mention that they did send me the wrong shoe model once, no big deal I kept them, they were £50 more expensive than the one I ordered, so what the hell;)
