Can't say enough good things about Nicola and Paul. They were so helpful and quick from the get-go, and they were all over the paperwork and process. It can feel complex and daunting when you are going through it as a buyer or a seller, but they've seen it all in their years of experience and you can have confidence in their expertise. They know all the people involved in the paperwork which helps the process go smoothly. I dealt mainly with Nicola for the sale of my home, she was quick to respond, kept me updated, always super helpful, dedicated to getting a good deal, and straight with her advice. Definitely trustworthy.

From start to finish, Nicola has been the utmost professional estate agent, as well as a genuinely wonderful and caring person.

We first found our apartment in Hurghada at the beginning of May and reached out to Nicola. From our very first interaction, she was incredibly responsive, supportive and helpful. She took the time to explain the process to us, gave us valuable insight into each stage of purchasing a property abroad, and made what could have been a daunting experience feel straightforward and reassuring.

Nicola also recommended a solicitor she regularly works with. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from them, and it was reassuring to know they are also recommended on the UK Government website.

Nicola’s support didn’t stop once we had purchased the apartment. She continued to help us throughout the renovation process and went above and beyond to make things easier for us. When we had arranged dates to travel over to deal with the legal side of the purchase, Nicola even went out of her way to purchase some essentials for the apartment so that everything was ready for our arrival.

It’s rare to come across someone who is not only so professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, caring and invested in helping her clients. Nicola consistently goes above and beyond, and we have felt supported every step of the way.

After choosing an apartment from Nicolas website, she guided us through every process, she met me in hurhada and stayed with me through my whole visit. She explained everything in detail in a way that I fully understood. She accompanied me to the lawyers office. Nicola was professional in every way, but also friendly.
