Great product and very helpful customer service!

Their customer service is horrible. You can't reach them by phone; they don't return emails or messages you leave. I just received the juicer I never opened it and I am returning it because if I cant get them to answer a simple question now can you imaging how bad they will be if there is a problem with the unit.
STAY AWAY.....

I bought the h400 good working product, but after one day of use, I became super annoyed with the button and container being on the back,

I always thought that ever good company can with a 30day return no question asked this gives customer's the opportunity to try a product and see weather or not it fit there home and needs but to my surprise you can not return products with this company In my opinion if you can't return a product it's not worth buying for this reason alone one star is all its worth

I purchased the H400 and it’s a fantastic juicer. I had been been given great advise about which juicer to go for from the sales team. The product arrived the next day and I have been using it for the last 2 months. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality juicers

I am so glad I checked out the reviews for Hurom UK before splashing out an eye watering £600 for one of their juicers!

Their care for their UK customers is zero- the exact same juicer is not only £100 cheaper RRP in the USA, but they currently have an offer to take $100 discount off any juicer, so it's even cheaper. It's absolutely disgraceful that Hurom UK think they can rip off UK customers because they have sole monopoly on UK selling rights for Hurom. Btw all UK stockists for Hurom are actually owned by the same individuals: juicers.co.uk, energiseyourlife.co.uk and hurom.co.uk

There are limited reviews for their juicers on their UK seller websites which is also suspicious. As another reviewer on YouTube mentioned, they seem to delete negative reviews on social media and on their websites.

I would be happy to pay the same RRP as offered to US customers as this is reasonable. But with the UK franchise having a track record of appalling aftercare and customer service, and complete lack of respect for customers, I will stay away.

I was a huge fan of the brand and had a few models over time but at the end of last year, I decided to make the investment and buy this model, BIG MISTAKE! Since day one the machine was not working properly, the amount of pulp it gets through is impossible to drink, and you have to always use a strainer ( and I'm not expecting 0 pulp but this amount of pulp is another level).
The main bowl where you process the food is not closed on the outside, which means that when is time to wash it the fruits and veggies go to this part and get stuck, basically it's really hard to wash a dry it.
Finally, they have very disappointing customer service, basically, I spent 6 months and 27 emails for them to make me pay to ship for a spare part that was not working and then telling me that I have to ship my heavy juicer at my own cost and responsibility for them to check why is not working properly.
I will not recommend this brand anymore, I'm really surprised by the bad performance of this juicer model and that the customer service is not at the level this type of brand should have.
