Anyone else writing a review here because HUSH filters reviews? Ive tried 3x to leave reviews that are honest about some of their products - I was detailed and fair, each time I go to the site to see my reviews ...there is nothing there!....weeks pass and I see reviews posted from the same day that I tried to post BUT no reviews from me posted --- pretty deceptive and definitely NOT honest. This company's lack of transparency, deceptive marketing/ BS guarantees and promises along with their TERRIBLE customer service give Canadian companies a bad name -
Horrible Service
I ordered a mattress cover and cool sheets in August 2023, I just got a notice yesterday that they were going to be delivered....it is now JANUARY 2024!!! There is no way that I can find to cancel orders.
I received a notice a few minutes ago that it had been delivered. IT HASN'T BEEN. I reached out to customer service, and they said it was up to me to deal with UPS about the delivery.

The blankets are well made. Thoughtfully designed and my kids enjoy them. But that's if you get your order. Seeing other reviews, alot of people failed to. Fortunately, I finally did in the two instances I ordered. Took weeks; however. Contrary to what's advertised. Do not believe the expedited shipping nor add it to your order. Your order will wait a long time / same time, no matter what. Should you have to follow up with customer service, expect no response. Then weeks later, when they finally respond, it'll be condescending "by the book" corporate speak that doesn't address your question and conveys they couldn't care less. I won't be back. No product is worth this level of aggravation.
Free returns? NOT
I thought the weighted blankets would help me and my husband sleep better, but they didn't so when I went to return them I found out that what I THOUGHT was free returns is only free if you want a store credit. Otherwise they are charging 30% of my purchase price as a return fee! several exchanges of emails later, still the same story. I am very upset that I wasted my money on this.

Both products did NOT have the colors I wanted that was offered on their website; however, I was fine with other colors instead.
Our main issue is with the HUSH 2.0 Iced Original Cooling Weighted Blanketâit felt like being completely âtrappedâ under a FREEZING COLD cocoon & was so heavy that it was difficult to actually crawl in/out of the blanket. IF You suffer from any arthritis type conditions (eg. osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis etc) and/or suffer from muscle stiffness/muscle weakness âWe DO NOT recommend this Hush product! The blanket also truly felt too COLD, not âcoolâ as advertisedâthis is our experience. We requested a REFUND (we are almost certain that we clicked âREFUNDâ VS. âgiftcardâ on our computer; however, Hush emailed Us a âGIFTCARDâ instead. After MANY WEEKS of ongoing wasted time and communication with Hush Customer Service agent (Mahelie Marsan); HUSH refused to provide a âREFUNDâ to Us! Therefore, their 100 NIGHTS GUARANTEE is FALSE ADVERTISING.

Purchased from this company before and shipping was 3 months. Sheets were nice, but holes wore through about 13 months later, but since I like to support Canadian business, I purchased again.
I specifically chose a color that didn't list as out of stock. My order was placed and card billed on Oct 24. 9 weeks later, my order had not yet shipped. I have reached out to customer service and been told they are shipping 'once back in stock'. I have requested to cancel my order as it is not yet shipped, but according to their policy: orders cannot be cancelled. Once received by me, I can return them, but if it is more than 30 days until they are received back there will be no refund, only a store credit issued.
Update: item finally shipped on Jan 8th and was received on Jan 11.

Women's pajamas
I just received an order of the women's pajamas. I wanted to wash them before wearing-- unfortunately, there were NO care or washing instructions within the top or bottom (and it's federal law that cleaning instructions be included; the material the pajamas was made with was included but not cleaning instructions). Either way, I washed and then put them in the dryer on low. These pajamas were incredibly expensive and I was shocked how horribly they shrunk!!! They are way too small now, especially the length of the arms and legs. I am really disappointed.

I ordered a duvet cover and sheet set at the beginning of Nov 2023. These items were in stock at the time I placed the order and I paid express shipping to have it delivered as soon as possible. Now itâs days before Christmas and I still have not received it. Iâve followed up with them a few times now and all they say is itâs on back order. It should ship in the next week or two. Now itâs expected to ship in January! And thereâs no word on refunding the shipping costs because whatâs the point now?! I hate dealing with this company. Theyâre awful. I love the products but not worth the hassle.

Don't waste your money on the Bamboo cooling sheets, mine lasted 4 months and HUSH won't do anything about it, they told me torn and worn sheets are not covered by warranty! Then they offer you HUSH bucks, why would I want to spend more money with you, as you don't stand behind your product !!

End of September comes and nothing, so contacted them again oh now it's end of October...ok will wait some more....then again nothing, no communication...so contacted them and asked for a refund...oh the order will be shipped next week....nope...Now December 7th, contacted my payment service to get a refund as Hush keeps dragging me on....DO NOT RECOMMEND!

*Update, I received my bed frame within the delays. The reason for my previous 1 star was because of mistakes caused by customer service. I almost cancelled my order because of their service quality, but nonetheless the bedframe is great, amazing quality and takes 5 minutes to setup.
I ordered a bedframe from this company because it said that their product was in stock. I even paid extra for fast delivery. I message them to ask where is my parcel, they said they cancelled my order because it was backordered. I've never got an email from them stating this situation. Will update my rating when I receive the product, but so far this is very disappointing, especially since the product still says in stock on the website.

Love the weighted blanket. My wife had a hard time falling asleep and she finds the weighted blanket helps her fall asleep quicker. The cooling cover is also awesome for the summer!
