“Fast and Free shipping” Definitely a lie.
First of all, they let people order out-of-stock items without warning.

Secondly, they let weeks pass by without contacting their customers that they are out of stock…

I ordered sheets Aug 27th, after a few weeks, I call to see what’s happening and they said they are out of stock… I complained that typically, stores don’t allow customers to buy something that isn’t in stock, let alone without some kind of warning. No reply to that comment though.

Anyway, waste of time.

I am a nerodivergent person, with a lot of sleeping issues. Someone told me to try the weighted blanket. I also needed to change my mattress so I told myself "what the hell, why not".

Thant changed my life completely. It has been years since I had such a good night of sleep. The blanket is so special to sleep with, it is indescribable. I love my kit. Thank you Hush!

They are in breach of contract when delaying shipping for more than 30 days.

I suspect the majority of the 5-star reviews on here are fake. The company delays shipping for over 3 months now and then refused to give a refund until I looked into the law. I then contact Visa and they opened a dispute. Hush immediately responded that they would issue a refund. Terrible way to do business trying to rip off customers.

Worst experience ever, I ordered sheets on May to be shipped in June but turns out they wouldn't have them until September and they are not worth 5 months wait and countless mails with excuses

Your bamboo sheets are the best of any kind we have had in 47 years! Far better than much more expensive sheets from well known luxury stores. These are soft, silky, wash well and wrinkle little.

I was initially deterred by the emphasis on the coolness of the sheets (I get cold easily) but we both love them and ordered more.

Your quality is impressive and your people delightful. We wish you all the best with your business.

Don’t buy from this company, I ordered a blanket but then was told they couldn’t fill the order for two months, so I asked for a refund but they have refused. Terrible terrible customer service, really stay away!

Absolutely stand by this company and their products. Better nights ahead for anyone who purchases their weighted blankets! My kids have been sleeping so much better ever since I purchased them each one.

Why didn’t I buy this sooner? Fast to ship, fast to delivery, fast to fall asleep under it.

I have to admit I was skeptical about the slides. I thought they would not be comfortable but I was mistaken and surprised that the slides are really comfortable. Wish they had in a larger size so I could get one for the other half. (He wears a size 13). I believe this is something they are working on.

I am a emergency communications officer diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, social anxiety, agoraphobia and depression. I don’t think I have slept in nearly 2 years. My blanket arrived my husband tossed it on me my little dog snuggled in and I slept for 20 hours! I love the cover, the weight, and the security that comes mentally from sleeping underneath this amazing blanket! I highly recommend it.

I am a morning person, rise & shine jump out of bed type, and when I read the cute note upon opening the box where they excuse themselves for making it harder to get out of bed in the morning, I laughed it off… they were right.

Most amazing sleeps, no more night sweats, I feel an instant relaxation when I get under the blanket, you know, like… Ahhh 😌 I now fall asleep with in 15 minutes i/o 2hrs!!!

When I ordered Hush I was skeptical because there were some bad reviews regarding the customer service and quality of the products. I have to say, my experience has been the exact opposite. I texted them to ask about their response time for issues - they immediately responded. Within a couple of DAYS my items arrived. I ordered both the 2.0 cooling weighted blanked (king size) and white 2.0 cooling sheets. They have far exceeded my expectations. Hush has been nothing but amazing to work with, their customer service response time was amazing, they follow up and track your order, the delivery was quick, the packaging was well done and the quality of items has been amazing. The only thing that was less than perfect was the corner elastic band on the fitted sheet broke but I used a safety pin to hold it in place and it has been holding. You also do not need the elastic band, it just helps so that the corners don't pull up through the night. I would highly recommend Hush to friends and family.

These sheets are soft and flowy. So nice. Seem to follow up to the cool hype!

Just terrible customer service. Chose a Canadian company because of the expectations of better service. Ordered in Nov for Jan delivery. Delayed to February, then March. I decided to cancel. They said no, but were sending free pillow. I received notification that the pillow was delivered but I didn't get it. Notified them that I didn't get it and wanted to cancel ... Too bad. They sent the blanket anyway in mid April. They will take it back but I need to send it to them (at my postage cost) AND pay $170 for the pillow that I never received. Will not take the blanket back at their North York facility (Covid - are you kidding me?). Never buy from these clowns!

I love that you can remove some of the pillow filling (and store it in the supplied bag) and adjust it to your liking.

This is not hype! I suffered from insomnia for years. Tossing and turning all night. Add constant hot flashes to the equation and sleep was never an enjoyable experience. I saw the ad and since this is a Canadian company, I decided to give them a try. NO REGRETS!! I bought the cooling blanket which I found a little cool in winter but still managed a full night sleep! I bought the regular blanket along with the sheets and have never slept so well. No more endless nights of tossing and turning. The cooling sheets do the trick: no hot flashes! I don't usually write reviews but for this product, I highly recommend it! The cooling blanket will be great in the summer. Worth every penny!

Easy site to manoeuvre fast shipping and thoroughly enjoy the blanket. I am not or have never been a good sleeper first night I got almost 5 straight hours haven’t done that in thirty years A+++

I'm a good sleeper, always have been. I'm a proponent for setting up a good sleep environment - no phones, dark & cold room, good mattress and comfortable sheets, but never gave my pillow any thought. I had bought my partner a weighted blanket for his birthday and it made all the difference to someone who was struggling with sleep. When I saw the pillow I wondered if I could make my sleep even better. I wake everyday feeling more refreshed and excited about my day; I'm also excited at night to get in bed and snuggle with this pillow.
