Carol really took time to get to know us and our needs and the result was that we felt that we got advice that was really relevant to us and our situation. Did not feel like a standard report but one really tailored for us and our level of financial knowledge and experience. Carol listened to all our questions, answered them patiently and clearly and gave us confidence over our financial options as we head into retirement.

We were having growing concerns about our Financial and Investment Company, its market performance and changes and restructuring within it. Consequently, we approached Carol who had been our previous financial adviser for many years. Carol, Amy and their team were able to transfer our funds and accounts simply and effectively.
To repeat what other reviewers have said, Carol takes a personal interest in her clients.

As someone who has worked in pensions my whole life I wasn’t sure at first what a financial adviser could help me with about my own retirement. However I quickly discovered that pensions taxation etc has become ever more complex, so having good advice was critical.

Matt and the team were super helpful, advising me and my wife together, and looking at finances in the round. Unlike some previous experiences with others, Matt’s advice (verbal and written) was really clear and helpful, obviously focussed on our own situation, and spelled out the pros and cons of any potential changes without any pressure one way or the other.

Great conversations with James.
We have had several conversations with James from Hymans Robertson about cash flow and retirement planning. They were simple and easy to understand for complete finance novices like us. We'd a couple of very specific questions about our circumstances which James took away and presented us with his findings. Really made a difficult subject much easier for us and gave us thoughts about the best way to plan our future.
