A week after placing the order I’m


A week after placing the order I’m still waiting for delivery
I’ve followed the tracking information and Royal Mail seem to be shipping the parcel back and forth between my local office and the shippers local office. I’ve now tried to contact yourselves via email and also using your message system on your website and i’ve had no response. Final straw was the email asking for feedback
.summary would be stop using royal mail as they are too unreliable, secondly respond to customers who are simply asking for some help

Prescription for dog

I got the prescription from the vet on the Wednesday and by Monday morning my order had arrived. Easy to upload prescription and to order what I needed. I'm very pleased with the service and the price.

Excellent service, great products, although a little pricey. First time order with Hyperdrug. Arrived well packaged with good communication regarding order confirmation and delivery.

This business is fantastic

This business is fantastic! Ordered food for my dog and it was delivered within 48 hours of pressing the order button. My dog is on a digestive support diet and I can get exactly what she needs and have it delivered to my front door promptly. Thank you ☺
